There are great deals for the new members, but after that the products are way too expensive for the quality offered. The sizes in leggins are also too small. I bought a small size and it looks like it is for kids. I liked the tops: decent quality and good sizing
I like the products, but dealing with the monthly $59.50 fee, and everything else, is a joke. Yes you can use it toward purchasing, but so what? Having to decipher the credits, etc is not even close to worth it. Really makes the shopping experience there unpleasant.
I bought 4 pair on sale, and these are fabulous! I'm 5'11" And these fit snug but too tight, wish they were a bit more high waisted but these are fabulous for wearing day to day and going to Pilates! Perfect buy!
I absolutely love the flare leggings. I'm 6'2 and the long length is perfect for me. I have also lost over 200 pounds and the tummy control on them is amazing. It doesn't feel like I'm being smothered. I bought different waistband types, lengths, and styles. I love them all!
Introduction pricing was good. Sizing is off. I'm a medium & the dress was way too big. Got a small & top part is baggy. Joggers are very huggy tight. Takes an extremely long time for credit return. Still waiting for Dec 11 return credit & it's Jan 1 now.
Ordered my scrub set, received it not too long after so that wasn't the problem. The problem was the pants weren't my size so I requested an exchange and specifically picked out which pants I wanted to exchange them with. Except I never got those pants. After I got the confirmation email that my return was successful. I also received $10 store credit which I absolutely did not want. What am I even supposed to buy with $10? I paid more than $10 for my purchase and I don't understand how I'm supposed to pay for another pair of pants now (which is more than $10!) when I asked for an exchange, not a refund and most certainly not store credit. Waste of my money honestly. I feel like I shouldn't have the option to exchange something or even go as far as to pick out which pants to exchange with if it's not going to be followed through.
I want to love Fabletics, but I found the high-waisted leggings roll down terribly. Also, the high-necked bodysuits are too hard to put on and take off. If I stick to yoga pants and square-necked bodysuits, I may end up with a few enduring pieces.
Fabletics large fit like a medium compared to other stores I bought from. Their large fit me to a T meanwhile other stores were more loose. It is comforting to deceive myself and knowing there is a large that fits me, was something I am still coming to grips with.
Besides that side story, I love the logo placement, the feel and it's durability. Plus, feels very nice. No itching at all.
The products are good but very expensive unless you can catch the deals. Then you see the monthly charge of 59.95 just to get deals. It is not worth it. I will be switching to another brand. I would've continued to buy more products but I am not paying 59.95 just to be able to catch deals.
I did not get to experience the discounted items, I did an exchange and my order was cancelled, now Im not being honored for being a new member nor do I have items, putting a delay in me working my new career. I signed up for the Perks but I did not enjoy because I do not have any merchandise.
My favorite. Cant change my mind!I have been a member for quite some time and will continue as I love the quality of the clothing, how easy it is to order and when a pair of pants had a hole, someone got it fixed immediately.
Leggings were pilling after not even one wear. It was the first time I wore them ( not to mention my first purchase from fabletics); and I got half way thru the day and I notice they were pilling I contacted the company and I was under the impression they were sending me a replacement asap so I have been waiting all this time only to notice in my email that they want me to actually mail them back, even though they have the pictures of the item. Just very frustrating 😕

The store at Jordan Creek Mall, In West Des Moines, IA is so hard to shop in. The personnel at this store is About 1 on the scale up to 10.
I plan to end my membership this month. I just can't take the rudeness any more!
For years my brother, who is a major Fabletics fan, has been telling me & my mother to become VIP members! Finally, I listened to him & got a membership in October! It has quickly become my favorite place to shop online & in person, whenever I'm near a store! The quality is top notch & the VIP prices are incredible! I've never been dissatisfied with any aspect of Fabletics!
Well, I like my leggings woth pockets, and I ordered the same size I already wear and... my front is NOT flattering, the seam that goes up the middle is seen differently/tighter than the other fabletics styles I have bought previously. Not my favorite pairs, great colors but I should have looked harder at what I was gettinng.
So far most of everything I have ordered is great! Most of the leggings I have ordered are great! I have found once I like a legging then I can't get the same one or the same quality. Overall they are still better than Halara! The only issues I have encountered that I have not been happy about is the quality of the zippers, they are subpar!
The shipment arrived quickly and the quality of the merch was great, but the length of the flare leggings was about 6" inches too long for me. I'm 5'5". Let's be honest... I'm not hemming leggings! If only I was taller or if only Fabletics offered a variety of inseams... (I returned them for a full refund... very easy process!... before I even thought to take a picture...oh well.)
3 times i have tried to order and on all occasions they have tried (and eventually succeeded) in overcharging me. On the first 2 occasions the cart did not reflect the sale prices- i had to ring help line ( at international call rates) to have them adjust prices- if i had not been paying attention i would have missed this as they confuse checkout by listing vip offers, sale prices and full prices. Then, a few days after ordering i get a message saying half the items in my order are not available -so instead of 2 for 1 they are charging me full price for 1 because amazingly one of each item was available. I saw this in time and managed to cancel the order. I reordered different items. This time I got a message saying one of five items was not available. Accepted this. Then 24 hrs later they send another email saying another 3 items are not available and they have shipped the single remaining item and charged me full international shipping. This is a complete scam. None of these items were showing low in stock when i ordered. There was no request to see if i wanted to cancel order or choose a different size/style/colour. This is a complete scam. They advertise items they do not stock and have no intention of shipping to con you into paying full price for remaining items or paying full price shipping for the sole remaining item, you didn't really want but added to the order as you were buying a few things anyway. Stay away from this company!
Pants are comfortable, some piling already when only worn a handful of times. Shipping was fairly quick. May need to size up on fitted flat yoga pants.
Everything i purchased fitted great. Overall I've never been disappointed with a purchase from Fabletics. Not to mention the durability of the clothing and colors.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
