Hard to choose sometimes when you can't feel the fabrics.
I prefer capri leggings and they no longer appear to carry them (I'll check again in spring/summer)

All the garments we received were crap. Most not accurately described, then they were suppose to cancel my membership and still charged me for 2 additional months, took 4 phone calls to correct
My purchase did not fit. I didn't like the silicone insets that were supposed to keep them from rolling. It took a lot of back and forth communication to settle the matter.
My experience has been amazing and will continue do to so. The clothes are quality and for the most part can be worn with anything. I love this great company
I've had several returns in the recent 1-2 years for special items (jackets, socks, etc…) In the past, this was not an issue. Workout wear quality and sizing remains consistent.
I used to love every item I received from Fabletics. Everything was high-quality and the monthly subscription fee was fair for the items I was receiving. As time passed, products decreased in quality - a single wash would rip the fabric, leggings would begin to pill quickly, and sizing was inconsistent. To add insult to injury, the company increased the monthly cost of membership multiple times. Eventually, I chose to end my subscription and will not be renewing it without the company's clear acknowledgment of the decrease in quality and a detailed plan to return the quality to what it once was.
They have good deals all the time which I love but I'm not super thrilled with their quality. I washed my joggers once and they are already getting bally.
Great products at a good price. I have bought these workout clothes for years and love my collection of Fabletics. Quality products that last and are comfortable to wear.
Someone signed up for Fabletics with my email address, so I've been getting all their customer correspondence. Two calls to support have yielded nothing. It's all just so annoying.
I got two pairs With the 2 for $24 VIP sale. At first, they were fine, but after a few washes the legging pilled at the seams! My Walmart leggings have held up better and they are around 2 years old! Very dissatisfied! I can't believe they are around 75 bucks a pair full price, never going to buy these again!
Fabletics always has great, cute athletic wear and truly has hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. I've been a customer for around 10 years and will continue to be one forever
I am so happy with the level of service I received so amazing. Not a long wait time for items to be sent you are easy to contact as well. Thank you for your amazing high quality items and being available in plus size. More companies need to follow your customer service ethics.
The Don pant is my new favorite pair of pants! I've worn it to interviews, work, date nights, and you can't even tell they're so comfy! Well worth the price. So grateful that Fabletics provides these
This company tricks people with an offer to give big discounts and then doesn't clearly outline why they change you $65 every month this you don't visit them in 4 days of each month.
I love Fabletics workout gear: the fabric quality, workmanship, colors. In the past year I've purchased 15 pieces. I HAVE NOT BOUGHT 7-8 items due to unavailability in my size, and it is getting super frustrating to rush to the app or website as soon as a product drop announcement is made only to see my size is sold out (or maybe never was available? IDK).
Some items have been incredible. Some sizing was off. Some not as good quality and over priced. The men's clothing (pants in particular) are great but overpriced.
They make it very difficult to cancel monthly subscription/membership, and they are always out of stock. The business is a scam. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Like I said, I really like the products they feel good and are nice quality. However, anytime you need to return or exchange something it takes forever.
I love all my Fabletics products, however, when it comes to the customer service, it is very hard to get in touch with anyone and when I do, my issue is not usually resolved in a satisfactory manner. Also, there are instances where I have had to return/refund product and it takes an extremely long time, or I have not received a refund at all and again I have to contact customer service, which is not helpful. I wish the customer service was better because I truly enjoy the product
Loved the product, just couldn't afford it any longer in my current situation, and didn't want to run the risk of not skipping the month on time and getting charged.
But, will likely be back in the future and absolutely love the products!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
