The dressing room was very clean and once you enter the store they say hello how may I help you? That's wonderful it was always quick to assist you in finding the proper size that you're interested in to wear.

Products are good, but the subscription is like being held hostage. I did it for too long because the company makes it economically punitive to cancel. Not a pleasant feeling or experience and therefore I would never recommend Fabletics to anyone. I actually tell them to beware signing up.

It is a great weekend getaway bag. The zipper broke halfway through my trip. It was worth the money spent and I guess I got all the use I'm gonna get from it. I may or may not reorder another one. I believe the time has passed to exchange. Just do your research before purchasing. It's perfect as a carry-on with most airlines.
The quality was worse then I ever imagined. Might as well order off SHEIN. I wore the flare pants one time and the material was already starting to ball up for the next wear! It made me really sad bc I loved all the pieces I got but it's ain't worth much to me if it's all gonna wear out in just a few times of wearing them.

I am offended by the subscription-based model. Fabletics offers good products which are overpriced. You pay a subscription, which gives you credits so that you can buy their products at a reasonable price. This is a silly business model. The clothing itself is usually high quality, although some products such as their backpacks are surprisingly flimsy and cheap. If you purchase items using the annual "new VIP" deals and then cancel, it is worth it. If you use the subscription service it is simply not economical. I would not recommend this brand because the products are severely overpriced. They are, however, decent quality.

All of my family, friends and coworkers know how much I love Fabletics, and how often (always!) I'm wearing their clothing. They are such an awesome example of a wonderfully well run loyalty based brand, and the quality of their clothing, ease of returns, constantly changing styles and fabrics and more than anything the way they stand behind their products keeps me coming back month after month.
The VIP offer feels misleading, though I acknowledge that it was my fault for not reading the conditions carefully—such as the automatic deduction of money from my card. In my opinion, the quality is good, but the sales strategy is lacking. It would be better to sell with full transparency!

When you hear about Fabletics and you see the scrubs, clothing, etc how can you not love it? But when I compare offers from non-members to members I feel for $50 a month we should be getting at least discount offers as well. I make a lot of purchases and the VIP credits are cool and all but what's a vip credit for one item when I have 6 or 7 in my cart at full price?

These shorts are the best shorts I've ever owned. They are light weight, breathable, yet controlling in the right areas. I never have to worry about them being see-thru either. I won't ever wear any other brand shorts - OR leggings. And LASTING?!? I'm STILL waiting for my first pair to wear out- from 2 years ago.
With most credit or subscription services you're committing to getting product or equivalent every month. But honestly, who needs new____ every single month? Fabletics has hit that sweet spot of having the option to refresh your workout gear or SKIP! They are diligent about letting you know every month that you're about to be charged, and you have a few days to hit that skip button or not. Good for my bank account, but it also keeps Fabletics top of mind when do want to get something new. Beyond that, I've loved everything I've gotten. The material on these kick flare leggings (I'm wearing right now) are a dream.

I do love fabletics. Most of my clothes are from their. Great styles and colors and fabrics. Overall the quality is amazing. I have had a few items (cold weather collection) where I fell in love and bought many items and learned it pilled too easily but after being with them for over a year that is the only line that disappointed me. Everything else has been amazing and washes well
Printed the label they sent me and they never exchanged or refunded me. Then out of the blue they cancelled my return. I was on that worthless chat for several hours trying to fix it but finally gave up. The sad part is i love their products on my wife but their business practices are super shady with that vip crap and horrible or non existant customer service.

Multiple unnecessary steps to skip the month, creating confusion and poor UX. Assume this is not site related but as a means to intentionally mislead members, which is a short term effective but longer term will lead to customer loss.

The products are great quality. My son loves and lives in his shorts all year. But the style of the girls products don't work for everyday. The shorts are too short. Fine to work out in - maybe- but not ok for everyday. So had to return. And wish they would get rid of their subscription type model and just sell their stuff with sales and loyalty rewards.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
