Ok so they are not perfect but no company is perfect. Mistakes happen. But the price for what you get is there. Most of the customer service agents are helpful and attentive. It makes me happy to get my boxes. I do not get presents. I'm a mother. I give gifts to everyone for birthdays and Christmas and other holidays. So when I get my boxes it's like getting gifts. I think everyone needs that once in a while, and FabFitFun has made a way to impact so many lives in a positive way. Not many businesses are able to be a profitable business and also be helping ppl. That's awesome.
I have not been able to get into the fff add ons.My password does not get accepted. I identified the lions, lions with eyes closed etc. several times.

My order was wrong it got fixed two items was add red d that was not supposed to be there it got took off and refunded

I have been a loyal anual member of FFF since the fall of 2017 and look forward to receiving my box every season! I Love all the sales they have in between seasons too. Also their customer service department is amazing in solving any issue you might have.

I started out in LOVE with FFF, the boxes, the packaging, the products, the add-ons, the sales, and then slowly. The boxes were plain and boring, then the packaging disappeared, then the awful cactus cup showed up. I was willing to deal with the product graveyard full of full-sized slowly dying products under my sink because the boxes were supposed to be a bright light during the pandemic. The rose spray made it feel like summer when it was a cold dark winter and the art of showering was a rare event in-between working from home and Netflix binging. Then my boxes which were full of whimsy and 7 or 8 fun items and the occasional item for those at home workouts since gyms were closed went to very plain boxes not full of 5 items, and now my boxes are very basic and boring with missing items and TWO plastic mixing bowls valued at 50 dollars (the sour dough trend is over. So FFF it's not me, it's you I break up...

Since I started receiving packages years ago I have never received any emails giving me notice of mailing. I even started paying a yearly membership to be able to have a choice in the items I receive, still no notifications. I decided to drop my membership when it was automatically drawn on my account.
I will try one more year to see if I get any notices so that I may have some say so in my packages.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to the fab fit fun team. I recently had an item that I purchased on the fall add-ons that was not described correctly. The fab fit fun team was quick to notice the error and provide a credit for the item. I am always amazed at how helpful and efficient the fab fit fun team is if there are any issues with my order. I'm not sure how it happens. But my FFF super box will arrive when I am seem to need it most. One time I had just started feeling crumby and the doorbell rang. It was my FFF! Instantly made my day. Smiled for the rest of the day. Thanks. I appreciate all of you. Cause I know it takes a team.

This is the only subscription box for me. I've tried several others and love the variety and quality of the products in this box. Only kept this subscription active. Fast and friendly customer service. I recommend to all my friends.

We love fun fab fit! I gave my daughter and my sister boxes for Christmas. We all get together whenever a box comes in. I love watching them open there boxes full of wonderful surprises!

From fabulous to very disappointed. The past year the things in the boxes became very disappointing. Unless I spent extra money. I have enough hair conditioner to last the rest of my life. Plus, I don't use it. Jewelry was terrible. All other things I never used. Gave most of it awo

Super helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Also in a good mood when I message them. When I didn't get my shipment they sent me a new box. This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
