I have ordered repeated boxes and numerous amounts of "add-ons" that go on special sale at ridiculously discounted prices for INCREDIBLE quality products! I had a potential "hiccup" with one of my boxes, that the FabFitFun family were taking care of the moment I mentioned it! I love the boxes, I love the products and I love the COMPANY! I literally tell everyone I possibly CAN about this opportunity to have personalized "gifts/surprises" you get to open every 3 months... how many surprises do we REALLY get in life? I will be a member for LIFE!

Professional, very kind. He was willing to credit a product and or give me a new product or something different if I was Happy. Was able to answer other questions with other products that I was still needing to receive. He even emailed me to confirm. Denver was the best!

First time I reach out to customer service for an issue. Though it took them almost ten hours to respond to my chat. My issue was resolved within minutes Christian reaching out to me.

Okay. I'm a newer customer about a year. Each season there are multiple options in multiple categories to choose from. This is the first season I received damaged goods. Customer service was polite and helpful. I have seen in the past customers receiving damaged, expired, and broken items in their boxes. It's difficult to trust a company that consistently has issues each season. I hope the FFF is able to reduce problems in the near future.

I HAVE HAD FFF FOR YEARS AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. BUT THIS YEAR I HAVE RECEIVED 2 BOXES THAT WERE NOT FOR MY CUSTOMIZATION WITH STUFF I WILL NEVER USE. PLUS, THE COST HAS GONE UP A BUNCH. I HAVE CANCELLED ANDY BOXES FOR 2023 AND WILL GO ELSEWHERE. I AM VERY SAD TO LEAVE BUT WHEN I PICK OUT MY ITEMS AND GET STUFF I WILL NOT USE, ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Annual member. Box shipped 8/5. Never actually shipped. I've called 3 times. Everyone tells me to wait until 8/19. Crap customer service. Start tracking your items and alert your customers.

Harris have me an option of how I'd like my issue resolved. He left that choice to to me. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Very personable. I have no complaints and would recommend FFF to everyone who wants a little self pampering.

I am happy with texting but not happy that I was first on the day of choosing what I wanted and not getting it I am hoping that FFF will get me the trophy beauty tool as that is what I was most excited about

My packages delivered to a neighbor house last 2 times. Customer service acknowledged mistake and will hopefully resolve going forward. If happens again I don't see why I should keep this service.

I love my FFF boxes and look forward to them like Christmas for myself all year long. Customer Service is Fabulous even if there is an issue of some kind they are there to make things right and you leave HAPPY. But problems are rare and the Boxes are worth EVERY penny! JOIN!

I received my Fall box, and unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner did not survive the high altitude where I live and expanded into the box, so it popped open and got over some of the items. Because of the amazing packaging, almost all of the items survived with a simple wipe down of the outside packaging, but the shampoo and conditioner took a hit. I was immediately offered a replacement once they saw the pictures, and I am thrilled with the customer service I received. Thank you, FFF!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
