I had two orders come in. One was pretty late but that was because of fed ex not fabfitfun. An item in each was broken. I think this might have happened during shipping. One was out of stock because the package was so late. The fabfitfun rep gave me a full refund. And quickly replaced the other item
They answered all my questions and helped me with my ordering.

I haven't received my box do issues with my address and he was quickly to resolve it. My box is lost in the USPS and they said that they will be sending it back to the sender. Travis was quick to do a replacement box, which resolve my issue fast. Now I just need to wait to receive it. Thanks Travis! Kudos to you!

I love FabFitFun! They have a unique subscription box service that is tailored to their customers preference. I was so happy with my starter box that I will be purchasing the Spring box! It's like getting a special gift on Christmas or Birthday. I love the excitement I feel when opening the box and seeing the fun products picked for me.

She was extremely helpful and solved my login issues immediately and she also found the shipment date while I was logging in and she did it all with an invoice and confirmation of my email address. I had a very pleasant experience with costumer service. Box appeared to be shipping to wrong address and they were able to fix the mixup.
My post office has lost my fff starter box which i wanted so much. When I wrote to assistant she solve my problem and gave me replacement items

I realized this morning that a FabFitFun Box I ordered for my Stepdaughter had a item that would be sized for me(L) not the XS that my she wears.
When I contacted Fabfitfun customer service I spoke wit Dani who made sure there would not be clothing inside the box being shipped. What a relief. She was really efficient and friendly and super fast. Kudos to FabFitFun for great customer service and keeping a telephone number for people to make that human connection. It's one of the many reasons I love your company.

I recently had questions about my fabfitfun account and used their online chat! I was so pleased! I had an amazing young lady help me at 12:15am! She was working to help all of us during a time when so many Americans cannot work. She is choosing to help people and to me that deserves some praise! She was kind, patient and efficient! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
