My daughter is 19, has her own job, and decided to spend some of her hard earned $ with fabfitfun... who wouldn't? But she received items that she will never use, anytime soon anyways... spoke with a rep, and got the way more than expected... she was also being nice, which we are not used to...

Super Efficient customer service!

My package was lost by the post office, from the website I was able to start a chat and the rep was very efficient and he didn't make me answer a million dumb questions, just looked it up himself and fixed it!

They continually let you buy things then you discover when you get your order it's missing items they over sold and cancelled on you. Very disappointing experience! Was a member for 3 years and today cancelled due to these issues in the past 3 orders.

I was annoyed that I wasn't able to sign up for the Annual membership unless I reactivated my original seasonal membership. So I was charged both fees! Plus I didn't receive my add on cardigan that I'd ordered. At any rate she corrected the double charge on my card & apologized for the few items sent that didn't fit my needs. She was great. Thanks
