Well I was a little disappointed that we have to put our card info and be charged before choosing our items then finding out that most products were unavailable. My Husband spoke to Walter and he was able to cancel our subscription and refund us for the box. We didnt want to pay for stuff I wouldnt use. Thank you Walter.
Hi Raychel! To help clarify. New members have the opportunity to Customize the first item in their box prior to signing up. However, since Customization is an exclusive perk for FFF members, it can only be accessed after purchasing the box. I started out a seasonal member. Loved the edit sales and always got what I wanted even as a seasonal member. I upgraded to annual for the extra perks. There have been a couple glitches over the 2 yrs but nothing serious and FFF has been awesome fixing the issues. Cant wait to have more fun with my deliveries. It's like Christmas 4 times a year! Tha is FFF!

I was gone from home when my box was delivered. When I came back home it wasn't here. So i contacted customer service. Zam took care of it all. She is in the process of resending me a replacement box.

I signed up for FFF and a coupon code didnt go thru after annual payment. They quickly resolved issue keeping in touch while fixing it.
Other companies have told me sorry if code didnt work NOTHING they can do.
FFF really rocked it and seems like they care about customers.

My friend sent me a free box we happen to live at the same address cause we are roommates, I tried using my phones data and I still can't to the page o need to get to. I also went up town and used the free WiFi at the library still both I g I'm very disappointed. Really wanted to try FFF.

If both sender and receiver of the Starter box link share the same information from any of the following as email address, phone number, billing information, shipping address, credit card details, and IP address, new members cannot redeem the free Starter box. This is because the invite code is protected by fraud blocks. If the IP address was not the problem, we would suggest using a shipping address that is different from the sender. I get so excited when my box arrives. During these strange times, it is a very special treat. I am a very very happy customer. For the cost, it is more than worth it. All the doctors say "take care of yourself, so you can care for others". This is a great way to do that, without breaking the bank.
But Tessa at Fabfitfun was very helpful. Come to find out the sale ended two days ago but she let me know that they where having a new sale on the 10th so I will be on the look out to see if by chance the product I liked is at that same! Quick, efficient, and informative.

I was charged for something extra that I did not mean to order. They took care of the problem right away and my bank account was credited with the amount. I was treated the best ever and was so pleased with the ease of the transaction.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
