Great outcome

My package never arrived and after doing my own investigation and getting nowhere i reached out to fabfitfun and spot to their customer service. The experience was most pleasant if i do say so i was frustrated when i first reached out but the nice young man put my mind at ease and came up with a satisfactory idea and even replaced my missing package
To my surprise i was pleased with the outcome

They always send great quality products. If you ever have anything wrong or you want a different color you can let them know when they will send you the color you want. Customer service is very easy to work with polite, kind and they solve your problem.
I absolutely love receiving my box every season!

Very Satisfied Customer!

I absolutely love FabFitFun; their products are such good quality and it makes my entire week when I receive one of my packages from them! It's like Christmas every time. Awesome Customer Service Rose

I only received 5 items in my Spring box & knew there had to be some items left out, because this wasn't the norm. I emailed my issue & was impressed with our quick Rose responded. She apologized, thanked me for my purchase &
Let me now exactly what she needed to rectify the requested the information she needed from me to resolve it. Within hours of me sending the info, she let me know exactly what was missing, the exact items I would be mailed & approximately when I should be receiving them. She didn't leave me with anything to question or ask, now that is what I would call High Quality Customer Service. I usually don't send reviews unless the service was absolutely terrible or if someone needs to be acknowledged for being the best at the job. Definitely a fan of the products & the CS, even with the world being so unbalanced. This leads me to believe that FabFitFun treats their Employees well. Would love to work at home for this company!

Spring box could of been better

I'm a little bit bummed about fff spring box to get an item that don't work now I have to wait 3 weeks for replacement (Glo device). Did not like 5 out of 8 items from my box doesn't cut it, also not having enough items for your customers at customization time that is not cool especially if you're an annual member. Hoping summer box is better

All items featured in the customization are only available while supplies last! We always strive to provide enough inventory for all our members and we are continuously working on improving and expanding our inventory to give our members the best experience. On the other hand, we always want our members to receive their items on its pristine condition and we are sorry to hear that this was not the case! We are glad to hear that you have been fully assisted by one of our Customer Care Team! Replacement orders typically ship within 3 weeks of order submission, but often much quicker!
