I let my daughter pick out the stuff in my box so it would all be a surprise but she did mention a few hours later that maybe she nor I would like one or the things she picked and she wish she would have picked something else. I emailed and explained the situation and just said I understand if it can't be changed but thought it may be worth a try and it was they switch it out for her. That is really awesome! Also want to comment even though it was late I got a reply email back within two hours which is another awesome thing. Very good communication!
Received an eye shadow that was damaged into loose powder. Very swift and satisfactory contact with FFF. Happy to be a customer.
This company will not allow you to delete your credit card information yourself. They sent me items I did not buy or choose and charged me. I had to contact customer support more than once for resolution. This company is scammy.

I spoke to customer service, about not getting my box because I moved. They made me feel comfortable, didn't blame me, or try and charge me for another box, just said another box will be sent out within 3 weeks. I have never experienced anything so easy. Thank you so much FabFitFun!
Reported never received my box even though tracker stated was delivered. The woman who I reported this issue too was knowledgeable and efficient.

4/10/20 I went by my regular mail to the mailbox and when I arrived I entered my box but it was open and everything inside had been stolen, I felt so sad it was my first time buying and finding the box but empty, he decided to write to them and With what happened to me, my response was immediate the same day they helped me, I am very happy and grateful...

Fab Fit Fun is an amazing company. I have always enjoyed every box I have gotten from them. The items in their boxes are quality items that you would not normally see in stores and that is one of the things I love. The other thing I love is that their customer service is actually manned by people and not autobots. It is so frustrating when you are on a chat with someone you think is a person just to have them tell you to hold on that they will get you a person to resolve your issue. If you just would put a person on in the first place, like Fab Fit Fun does, then you wouldn't have that problem. This company is just an all around pleasure to be involved with and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family!

Here's my story, I'm a first time subscriber and let me tell you... their customer service is amazing! Their products are amazing as well but it's their promptness and easy way to reach customer service without waiting to here a response back is what makes it more personable. Every issue I had, a representative was able to help right away! Thank you so much for that. Back to the products, you can pick 3-5 items of your choice every quarter. Products are top notch! Delivery was surprisingly quick after processing my box as well. Perfect, well rounded products from wellness, makeup, skincare, cooking, fitness, kitchen, tech and so much more! I spoke with Amy about pushing my pay date back a week due to COVID-19 changes that I have been dealing with financially. She was quick to respond, super clear about postponing my pay date, and was super friendly about helping me with the new style box! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
