The site looks good BUT...my prescription was such that I had to call to get an explanation on how to enter it. Also, somewhat difficult to go back and change things...I started over several times. I called and got great help entering my order...the glasses came faster than I thought that they would and they are VERY high quality...I am very happy with the glasses...and since I have to have lined tri-focals - these guys kick Zenni's butt! Price is a bit high...I could almost do as well locally but.overall I am very happy with my order.

I had a few issues with the checkout page - it seems as if fields weren't activating.
Paying for 1-day shipping means expecting 1-day shipping not some convoluted algorithm of permutations which produces a random delivery date.
Web site is easy to navigate and the prices are great. The negative was there was no follow up communication letting me know there would be a delay in shipping my order. The positive is that once I called to check, the eyeglasses were received very quickly. I would order from Eyeglasses.com again.
For some reason my card number would not be taken until I put it in 12 times to pay. The the last two times where at least an hour and a half apart. I checked and there was nothing wrong with my card. Also I could not scan my card to pay. It should come up automatically showing through one of the two cameras my phone has. I was eventually able to pay with my card. I think there was a slight glitch in the programming for this part of your website. The glasses I ordered were a little bent when I got them. But I had the lenses replace at my eye doctor's office. They were able to straighten them for me.
It actually seems too easy! This is my first time to purchase prescription lenses on line. And your customer service is awesome! Fast, friendly, and easy to understand.
I sent frames for eyeglasses.com to install progressive lenses in. Since they are progressive I was really worried about the measurements being correct. But the lenses are $540 at my optometrist. I save $250! And the glasses are great!
Replaced lenses in my old frames. Happy with lenses, shipping, packaging, status updates, etc. However, The "joints" in my old frames were a little loose and I was hoping they would've snugged them up before returning to me but they did not. (It's not a matter of tightening a screw which I could do myself, it's a hinge type connection on a pair of Silhouette rimless frames). I know it can be done because I have the local guys do it every six months or so. Small quibble. Otherwise pretty satisfied.
The exact glasses I have an looking for in stores. Berry hard to find glasses with saddle bridge. Compared to one pair I found they wanted $367.00 for just frame & were not completely round. Love the frames, price, & service.
More pics would be nice to ensure you are getting the correct product. Also, the description of the template length was 138 mm, I received 140 mm. Not a huge issue, however, I was looking forward to having slightly shorter templates.
I had a super nice gentleman help me from the Connecticut store last week. He was very professional and helped me figure out what I needed. I'm sending my glasses back to CT today for new lenses:)

Looking through the lenses was good straight ahead but very wavy if I looked slightly to one side or the other. It was difficult to explain to them over the phone, so they advised me to take it in to an eye doctor to assess, but it is difficult to get someone to help you with a product that you purchased elsewhere. Final result to be determined.
Took almost 3 wks to get them after placed order on February 3. Once arrived they frames were not satisfactory due to color. So I had to return. I just hope I'll get the refund promptly. All conversation with CS was excellent and very professional.
Eyeglasses were ground with progressive lenses and the progressive part is about 1 eighth of an inch and is useless SO went to return the inferior product for a "full refund" as advertised in multiple places on their web site and found this is a deception and lie, they were going to keep about $218.00. SO I have disputed the charge on my credit card bill and they can take a hike!

I have been trying to get help for over three weeks. I have called and emailed and have never been contacted. Hopefully, I won't have to use my card to pull payment.
I received two responses to over 8 requests for info or help.
Help was basically nonexistent. The price was very high, but you are the only ones with this frame. When they arrived, they were very bent up (nose pads were not even facing each other and when the frames were set on the table, one arm was almost an inch off of the surface.)
Only site that allows me to filter by eye size. Filter by temple size would also be very nice to have.
When the frames were out of stock customer service or help didn't pass along my immediate response that specified a different frame. I received no further communication and assumed it would be sent but it wasn't because they missed seeing my email. I had to initiate contact and fix that mistake.
Good value, at least half the cost of local optical showrooms. Lenses were done to prescription and it took less than two weeks (and I ordered Drivewear Transitions in progressive lenses... which normally take longer than regular single vision prescriptions).
Regarding the Drivewear Transitions, the tint doesn't get as dark as I had expected, as sunglasses the look less 'cool' (can't see the wearer's eyes) than you would think, but as driving glasses they do prevent glare and eye strain.
Phone representative was most helpful, online convenience got me started. I can do this!
My new glasses arrived yesterday ahead of expected delivery. I am very impressed with the quality of my lenses; the extra cost for the Carl Ziess glass is well worth the remarkable improvement of clarity over other lenses I have had. I saved about $200 compared to the quote for a similar product at the local boutique store. I will for sure look to Eyeglasses.com for future needs.
I have a wide face, and need a wide pair of glasses. Costco had only one color, so I ordered all three of the remaining colors from eyeglasses.com. When one of those colors was discontinued, they promptly refunded my charges on that order, and delivered the other two as expected.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
