More views of the glasses when searching-- front as well as side-angles-- would help a lot, as would photos of all the color choices for each "model". The measurement system is very good. Ordered a pair of sunglasses; happy w/ price, if they work out, I'll be ordering more! Thank you.

I actually returned the frames today. I had originally ordered 3 different styles from your website however 2 were discontinued by the manufacturer. The third didn't fit my face as I would have liked.

First time online purchase. Everything arrived as expected. I have had difficulty finding the right frame size in stores, so I'm glad they had my size. Good price. I'm happy with the experience but hopefully I measured my pupil distance right. Hopefully the fit is adjusted right. Hopefully I made the right lens coating choice. Could use some more advice on those things things. My next purchase will probably be on eyeglasses.com.
First time shopper buying prescription glassses. Received as ordered. The glasses look and feel fine, will take a bit for eyes to adjust to new prescription. Saved money, but prefer traditional optician. Overall satisfied with experience
Like selection and price fair. However would be good to communicate more with your customer. I placed my order and it took over a week before the order was filled and I was notified that it was shipping. For that 10 days I was left wondering what was going on. Would be good to keep the customer informed. With online shopping so routine now, people are used to immediate order confirmation and shipping within a day or two.

Handling before shipping was 6 days and Landmark Global didn't update tracking info for 12 days which caused some concerns. Delivery took longer than expected.
Communication with Customer Support was easy via email but it could be faster if the free Contact phone number could work from Canada too.
The Lightec frame I've received was as advertised and worth waiting.

I was originally bummed out because the first pair of lenses didn't pass QC and that delayed shipment. I have a very strong prescription so it takes longer for my glasses to be made. But now that they're here, I really like them.
The glasses Received met my expectations, and were far superior to another pair of "office" glasses I had ordered from another mail order source. I can now use my desktop computer without awkward posture or neck strain, read music from a music stand at a comfortable distance, and read books and magazines in a normal manner.
Glasses (as with previous order) were very small (I'm a big guy -6'4"), but do seem ok functionally. From now on I'll have to go to a physical place for glasses. It would've been helpful if another scale reference was included when choosing (inches -U.S. Measurement) to aide customers. Very challenging to measure in millimeters -especially with this Modo product.
I thought the product was very good, but the price was pretty steep. I bought the same item a few years ago and only paid $100 (lost those). This time I paid $139... that's a huge jump for something not imported.
I still don't have any idea when I can expect delivery on my Order No. R-1296. It's been 6 weeks and no update from you. I know Anglo-American lately is undependable and very slow. However, you took my $200 in early August... I think that buys me an update or three with respect to order status.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
