It's so easy...I hope I'm not disappointed. I look forward to receiving my order within 1-6 days. I'm hoping sooner, because I and attending my Grandson's wedding next week, and I'm hoping to have them by then.
I didn't receive the glasses before my Grandson's wedding, but perhaps my wish was unreasonable. They did arrive shortly after. The glasses were everything I expected and more. My only complaint is that the reading segment is so narrow. The quality of the product is great and price is fair.

I recently received an order that I had to return (on 8/28) and hoped to exchange. I called the help line, They did not contact me. I sent a typed message 4 days ago, still no reply. I don't know what happened with the exchange request but I can see that the order has been refunded. I am now placing another order as I have been very happy with my previous pair, (ordered here several years ago) and look forward to having glasses again. Not so happy with help desk. Greg Alexander

A compare feature would be nice. Also, the virtual try on doesn't work on my computer for some reason. More photos would be helpful too. On a model as well. Service promised was not delivered. It took 7 business days to process and ship my order and the website states 2-3. I was highly disappointed with the service.
The customer service I received was excellent. I sent an email inquiry and received a response back almost immediately. Site was easy to use with great payment options. I am going to visit one of the Connecticut stores for an eyeglass adjustment. I love having that option. I was excited that I could get ultra high index lenses at a reasonable price. Great communication during the fast and secure shipping. I plan to use this service again in the future.
There was a delay in receiving the order I placed due to an incorrect frame color being sent from the manufacturer. I had the glasses less than a week and it appears the scratch resistant coating is not working.
The lenses were well made and improved my vision notably. The frames were OK as well. I am very pleased with the glasses and the price. The only issue is how the glasses fit on my face. One ear sits slightly lower than the other and without personal fitting/adjustment the frames do not quite fit. The width of the nose piece is a bit off. Both of these issues would have been resolved in a eye doctor's office. I will probably get another pair from eyeglasses.com, being a little knowledgeable about measurements. I will probably send in my current frames with my next order.
Tried to order replacement lenses for glasses that I purchased in May. Tried calling customer service-no response, tried Chat, no response. Very difficult & frustrating process, but I did re order and was pleasantly surprised by the fast mail in service and done free! Thank you!
Very easy, user friendly website experience. Glasses were finished and delivered quickly. Glasses fit and look as described. Only complaint is the the plastic tabs on the bridge are a little uncomfortable and dig into my nose a bit. Maybe a softer plastic or rubber would be more comfortable.
Spoke to Customer Service with questions and responded professionally and answered all.
Quality of lenses were as ordered and shipment was very prompt.
Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
I was really hesitant to order glasses online after reading horror stories about other retailers. Then I found Eyeglasses.com and the reviews were great so I rolled the dice. So glad I did!
Paid less than 1/2 for the exact brand frames and name brand lenses as my Optometrist
So far so good. I did have to call customer service. I think for someone such as myself who is shipping frames in to you to get installed it would be helpful if there was a note along the way that let the customer know there would be instructions sent after the purchase on how to do so. As it is, there is no way of knowing from your ordering setup if the lenses are just going to be shipped to my address.
I looked everywhere for rimless round lens and eyeglasses dot com had them. A fair price but a little higher than I would like. When they arrived the center was way off. I was fortunate that I could go to their Westport, CT store and they measured my center and had the lenses redone. The new pair arrived in a very timely manner and they are much better than the first pair. They seem still just a little off center but since they are progressive I will wear for a bit before I go back if I have to. Over all everyone was very nice to work with and truly concerned that I did get what I paid for. Thank you all.
I was a little nervous about ordering glasses online but after using eyeglasses.com, I would most definitely do it again. I ordered my glasses Sunday night, was contacted by customer service the next day for some additional info they needed and the order was placed soon after that. My glasses arrived only five days later! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived and the email updates I received about the status of my glasses throughout the process. I definitely would recommend eyeglasses.com to anyone who needs glasses. It definitely a cheaper and more convenient option to the alternative way of buying eyeglasses. I love my new glasses!
The price of these glasses was so much better than@ my local optical store. I love them! I paid extra to have them in 2 days but they didn't come for over a week. I e-mailed customer service & they promptly credited me for the 2 day service. I would definitely recommend ordering glasses from here. Again, I am in love w/my LAMB glasses!
I have been shopping for a new pair of glasses for several weeks I have ordered and returned 2 pair due to fit being too large from another online provider. Received my glasses from eyeglasses.com and they are PERFECT. Fit great, Rx is great. They fit so well I've fallen asleep with them on, slept all night and not realized I still had them on. Good prices, would be nice if the website allowed more options to narrow down frame selection. Selection examples would be lens height and width, nose-piece width, overall frame width, limit to in-stock frames, etc.
After receiving the glasses, I am very happy with them. They were purchased as computer glasses, and they should work very well for that purpose.
It was very easy to navigate the website. Pearl Vision checked the lenses and said you did a very good job. The lenses are cut perfectly and my frames were well taken care of. This was so incredibly cheap and yet such a nice quality. I'm totally impressed, and will want to use this service again in the future.
I am so happy with my purchase! They even included an extra backup pair of lenses with the glasses I received, which was a wonderful surprise. I ordered rimless glass, which were more expensive than regular frames (which I was not expecting) but I suppose I understand the added expense. They were prompt and my order arrived in perfect condition. I would purchase from them again!
