Huge frame selections, plenty of lenses options, easy checkout, and reasonable prices. Delivery time for high index 1.74 lenses took longer than I expected, but is still reasonable. The quality of glasses is exceptional, though. So I am can't really complain.

Easy site, quick service, but the glasses took some getting used to - perhaps the lens type/grind I specified was different than my optometrist had previously supplied. I also noted that although the frames carried the same manufacturer's name and model number as I had many times before, the surface finish of the frames (they're metal) was different - not inferior or bad, but matte instead of slick.

Overall, I'm glad I found the company online. After much research I placed my order. I saved $200-$250 compared to the price at our optometrist's office. The website is informative and customer service was helpful when I was able to speak to them. The only aspect that needs improvement has to do with where to send the eyeglasses' prescription. On the website are two different email addresses to send the prescription. About a week after placing my order I spoke to a customer service rep (maybe the owner) who provided yet another email address for the prescription. He responded promptly to this email. Since my old glasses were seven years old, I didn't mind waiting an extra week. It took 20 days to receive the purchase from the day of ordering.

I spoke with a rep today and she was very helpful, taking time to answer my questions, and I did not feel rushed. I had been looking at several sites, but that service experience clinched the deal for me. The glasses arrived about a week or so later than expected but that was not really an issue. I had tried on a pair at a bricks and mortar place so knew what to expect, and they met my expectations.

Quick efficient service

Quick efficient service. Price probable competitive but hard to compare to lack of sellers of glass lens. Wish spec of glass was given,? Tempered, ANSI approved?
Are frames repaired if needed, nose pieces replaced?

I recommend this service for glasses lens. If you research poly lens clarity versus glass there is a high quality difference in poly or plastic lens.

Sent a reply and copy of prescription to Stephanie in customer service after getting a message that lab needed a copy of prescription. Asked a question about if frames could be exchanged for a different pair. No response ever received. It would have been nice just to get a quick e-mail stating that no exchange could be done. Glasses got delayed in shipping process and did not arrive when expected.

Placing the order was seamless

Placing the order was seamless. My only complaint is I'm having problems with the frame arm on one pair. I sent an email regarding my concerns, but still haven't received a response/reply. I really love both pair, but I want the problem resolved before I'm told it's too late to replace.

Amazing that I can try 3 pair of glasses at home and get a full refund without restocking fees if I don't like them! A little unsure if i decide on a frame how I send them back to get my Rx put in them though! Wish there was prepaid postage sticker for returns!

Email taking a while to get here. Otherwise great. Actually, it arrived shortly after. Glasses arrived carefully packaged, exactly what I wanted at the lowest price I found. Difficult frames to find. This is a great company and my new go to. Wish I had had them do my lenses as well! Highest recommendation!

At first I was a bit hesitant to mail in my frames to an online store that I had never worked with before but with all the positive reviews I took a chance. So glad I did. Ordering was quick and easy, the mail in process was "free" and easy.
My glasses arrived pretty quickly and they're perfect, they even included a nice quality case with my order. The best part was the savings, the eye doctor's office wanted to charge me $194, I saved $90 by ordering from eyeglasses.com

I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The nose pad was missing

The nose pad was missing. I am not sure of the probabilities but someone could wear them without realizing what is missing and been moderately injured. The replacement was sent quickly which was appreciated but it does make one question quality in such cases.

The order processing time took longer than I would've preferred, but they kept me up to date on what to expect. Then, when the time came for delivery, I received a note saying my glasses had not passed inspection and would be further delayed. I called and explained I was about to go on vacation, and really needed those glasses. They corrected the problem they'd found and shipped my glasses overnight, so in the end I was a happy camper.

Overall I'm very satisfied with my new prescription sunglasses with progressive lens. The polarized brown tint is very good without any flaws that I can see. I've worn them everyday since receiving them and they're great while outside in the bright sunshine working, driving or just relaxing. They did a great job on the progressive prescription lenses, I can see everything near, far and everything in between.

I sent along the prescription, which included special instructions from the doctor. Those instructions appear to have been ignored, as it is impossible to see properly through the glasses that were sent back to me.

I tried calling Customer Service during regular hours to find out how to return the glasses, and was given a message saying that there is no phone support.

I tried sending an e-mail through the eyeglasses.com site, and have yet to hear from anyone.

So, as it stands now, I am stuck with a useless set of glasses, and no support for how to remedy the situation.

Good and quick though some messages about a discount came and went so fast I could not take advantage - disappointing yet again.
This second order of frames came without any cleaning clothes with the frames.
I will order again, and hope they will get everything perfect next time. So close to 5 stars.
