I've been buying my eyeglasses from you for years and have always been extremely satisfied. I cannot buy my glasses in stores because most of the staff does not even know what bridge size or saddle bridge is. They always try to get me to purchase glasses that don't fit well or feel good on my face. Thank you for carrying my favorite frames! Please continue this! I sent a pair back to you several years ago and the service was friendly and prompt. There is no reason to buy my frames anywhere else.
My glasses came exactly as expected and pictured online. I really love them. I get a lot of good comments about them. I would definitely recommend and use this site again. Designer frames at a good price!

I was a bit disappointed with the order status updates as it could have been more detailed during the time between making the order and actually shipping my glasses.
I ordered my frames with prescription lenses and opted for 1 day shipping which didn't make very much sense considering the wait time was a lot longer than promised.
Absolutely LOVE all the educational guides on this site for learning how to buy glasses. Only thing I would suggest is showing the different colors available for each frame on the results page of a search. The smaller window of quick view does not always load up.
I have returned the glasses, due to fit and questionable prescription. They were supposed to be progressive, but reading from any angle at the lower part was impossible. I have requested a smaller round frame with a shorter nose piece (walrus?) with a graduated pink tint (I will pay extra for this), and the same coatings as before. You should be receiving the return by Monday. I look forward to a pair of glasses that work better for med. Thank you
If the glasses that you selected are available, everything is great. However, my first selection was continuously back ordered. This was not eyeglasses.com's fault as the manufacturer was not making them. However on the day I was expecting them, I get notified that they will be back ordered another month. This happened two or three times for the same pair of glasses. I ended up cancelling that order, which they did right away with no problems and refunded my money. I think more effort on the customer communication would be helpful. I picked another pair and those came through perfectly.

With some serious reservation, because your website is extremely cumbersome, I placed and received a quality product. Please improve your online customer experience by fixing the following: After establishing an account, there's no way to save favorites, my shopping cart was emptied/not saved after logging out and then back in, my face pic was not saved, there were very few frames to see on my pic, and there's no way to edit the lenses in the shopping cart - you have to delete it first and then start from scratch. And that's just what I remember off the top of my head. Very frustrating. Why not spend the effort you placed in following up with me in improving the online shopping experience?
Very good selection and easy to order. I ordered the largest frames available which were the same dimensions as a previous order but they just seem to be smaller and tighter on the sides. Maybe not an eyeglass.com problem. Not sure if anything can be done now that it's filled.
Lens information overwhelming and not explained adequately. No information about how to send in frames or general processing time. Had to call customer service 3 times to complete my order (first person I spoke to was curt and not at all friendly). You need lots of improvement!
Received my glasses and the lenses I believe are the best I've ever had, so it was all worth it. But hope you fix your website and train some of your staff better.
I have been a customer for more than ten years. Always been satisfied! I would enjoy a quick turn around when your eye glasses break, and need new ones. I find that everytime I place an order, they seem to be not in stock, and have to come from the manufacture. That may cut down on the inventory cost, but it should be stated so the customer may make a choice on something that can be sent sooner if necessary
Satisfied overall, however, my frames came to me with one side of the arms turned outward slightly. It's not too big of an issue right now and not worth the trouble I'd have to go through to return it. Hopefully it never becomes a real problem.
Eyeglasses.com provide excellent guidance with choosing of frames and lenses on their site. I have changed my lenses after my original order and that was easy for them to accommodate. This transaction was the best experience I ever had with online buying of eyeglasses since I started doing it about 12 years ago.
Worst service ever! I ordered my glasses back in December 2017. The online showed the frames as IN STOCK. I was notified a week later that they were in back order and would arrive 7-10 business and have them ready for me. It has now been 23 business days and nothing! I email and no reply! When I call I get the same reply, they will arrive this week and of course, nothing! Worse service, slow service, I am appalled at this customer service and way of dealing with customers who are paying over $400 for their eyewear. Will never deal with eyeglasses.com again!

Update: I received the glasses and they are absolutely perfect! I went to Eyeglasses.com in the first place because it is one of very few companies that offer the unique style I was looking for. The glasses are exactly what I wanted, and the quality, workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. Not only that, the shipment came overnight at no extra charge! I could not be more pleased with the experience, and I will definitely be back again.
Eyeglasses.com has a huge inventory of styles to choose from and, far as I could tell, is the only online retailer that allows you to purchase up to 3 frames and not have to pay a re-stocking fee when you return them. As it's difficult to know how a frame will actually look on you, I did just that...I purchased 3 and sent 2 of them back with no problems. They were very easy and helpful to work with!
I had never ordered glasses online before and found the ordering process - picking frames, inputting prescription, figuring out measurements, etc to be pretty clear. However the return policy was not clearly stated at time of ordering.
Paid extra for express shipping. Glasses took over a week to be made and to ship. Once shipped they arrived in 2 days as I had paid for.
The lenses do not seem right - will be returning. Wish I had known that you do not get full refund when you return glasses. Frames are refunded at 100% but lenses only at 50%. This was NOT clear when ordering. I will not be ordering from here again.
Thanks for making this so easy. Will never go back to buying through my eye doctor. My total cost for the exact same eyeglasses through you was $125 less than dr. quote, which included my insurance discounts!
Accurate eyeglass prescription and decent prices. Took a little time for processing (I got the glasses after about 2 weeks), but I suppose that's to be expected for ordering glasses online. I would buy from them again.

There were multiple problems with order delivery, but on the whole I am satisfied that the outcome was acceptable and that Eyeglasses.com put some extra effort into the transaction to smooth things over and make sure delivery was as predicted.
I had never ordered glasses online and was nervous since I have bifocals. I got progressive lenses for the first time in a really cool frame. I am very happy with the product. The progressive took some getting used to, but I'm loving it now.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
