Think twice before ordering glasses from this company. I ordered my glasses on 5/20 and expected them in no less than two weeks. I ordered "In Stock" frames and have a basic single vision prescription. I filled out all the online forms and entered in all the required information. 3 weeks later I get an email saying "Please provide prescription information". WHAT? That was initially provided when I ordered the glasses. So, I entered the information AGAIN and waited a few days. I sent an inquiry on their "Contact Us" email and asked for an update. NO RESPONSE. So I call them and "Customer Service Phone line is not accepting calls" It was 9:30am (NOT ACCEPTING CALLS). COMEON! I finally get in touch with someone and she told me that they had to order the frames as the were not in stock... WHAT? NO EMAIL, NO NOTIFICATION, NOTHING on the delay. Well, she said the frames came in and after "Quality Inspection", they had to re-do them (all while not receiving any updates from emails I sent asking for one). Since they did not pass inspection, they will be ready and mailed out and you should get them no later than the following Monday (since you have 1 dat shipping). Monday comes, NOTHING!. I call back on Tuesday and NO ANSWER! (Of course, because reaching someone on the phone during business hours is so far fetched right?). So I call on Wednesday and get in touch with someone and she said Thursday they will be at my door step, Thursday comes, NOTHING. At this point I am beyond frustrated and sent another email telling them I would report them to the BBB. Well what do you know, a shipping label was created on and tracking number for a Saturday delivery. I did finally get my glasses but the hoops I had to jump through and the lack of customer service and responses, I WILL NEVER order from them again. I will also tell anyone I know not to buy from them. They offered nothing to compensate me for my troubles. BUYER BEWARE!
