Realized right when I clicked purchase that my shipping address was 5 years old. How it was still there after ordering things since then i don't know. I emailed, no response. Did the live chat and was told it's too far into the fulfillment stage to change the address. Even though it was 10-12 hours when I realized no email response. Sadly now I have to go to the old house I lived at 5years ago and ask the resident to let me know when my package arrives.

Only received the bars for my Rhino Rack Vortex system. I called to see about the other items of the rack system I required and was told this should arrive today which is Sunday August 3rd. So far, no complete order yet and it is almost 5 pm?

I looked into this and see that it sat at a USPS facility in KS for an entire day instead of being in transit; it would have been delivered on August 5th rather than the 6th. Considering when you ordered it and when USPS actually retrieved it, I agree it should have only been a 1 business day turnaround time.
