These running boards look great on my truck, were easy to install and mounted exactly as they should.
I ordered an open box roof rack listed as having the hardware and some light scratches. The website stated that open box items could only be returned for store credit. The condition of the roof rack was fine and I was prepared for more damage than was listed since that's subjective, but it was missing half the hardware. Extreme Terrain could only offer store credit in exchange for the roof rack after being on hold for 30 minutes despite the fact it was listed as all hardware included. There were other open box items listed as having missing hardware so I felt this was false advertising and warranted a full refund. I ordered supplemental parts from another supplier as Extreme Terrain did not offer any. I wouldn't trust the description on an open box item again and wouldn't trust them to correct errors in the future. I will order new items if they're the best price, but was frustrated with the overall experience.
