I was shopping around for a rooftop tent and rack for my Tacoma. The prices were excellent (cheaper than Amazon, at the time, for the rooftop tent) and I received my orders within 5 days. Needless to say, great shopping/delivery experience.
Fast and efficient delivery. Took about an hour to install. Tried to do it myself at first with jack stands but the help of my son made it so much easier. Very sturdy and look great.
I Was excited to find an open Box of the front bumper I wanted for my Wrangler. It was scratched up but had all the hardware. I put it in my cart and proceeded Placing the order. I selected my payment method and would have Clicked place order but, the option didn't appear. I went back to the product to try to resubmit the order, but the open box was gone. About an hour later, I Back to the site and the open Box was once again there With one exception. The price was now $50 higher. I called customer service And was told he could do nothing about it. I am not usually an "ask for the manager person" but I did ask if a manager could help me. The associate was unhappy with my request, given his change in tone, but did move forward with my request. When he came back on the line, he told me that nothing could be done. I don't know if that is considered a bate & switch but I was very disappointed.

Good Vendor, had the part I was looking for just wish it would of had the gasket with it!
