Shipping is horrible. I paid extra and I'm now 2 days past due. Says it's weather related but it's sitting 45mins from me and there is no weather in the area it was 43 today. Customer service is worse they won't answer questions or emails. Can't talk about quality as I've still not received item but they keep sending me these emails. They have to know I still don't have my order they just don't care which is the problem. Hence title of the post buyer beware

I recently ordered a set of turn signals for my Jeep from Extreme Terrain. The price was excellent, so I opted to pay an extra $40 for overnight shipping at the last minute because I noticed my current turn signals weren't working. I needed the lights before leaving for a camping trip. Unfortunately, the order wasn't even prepared until the next day, which meant the "overnight" shipping didn't happen at all.
When I checked the tracking, the package was still 3-4 days out. Extreme Terrain refunded the $40 for the extra-fast shipping, but that didn't fix the real issue—I didn't get the lights in time and had to cancel my camping trip—very disappointing experience, especially since I trusted the expedited shipping option for a reason. I'll give them another chance, but I hope they do a better job next time. I'm not mad, but I just thought I should let someone know what happened.

We use this website for aftermarket, performance or upgraded parts for vehicles we have at our shop. We have not had any issues with orders, getting parts on time and even when we need returns.
Why you put something on your jeep and you get rid of the old part or it's been modified and you can't use the old part it's not always easy to take that off and send it back while we were waiting on your other part to be replaced and I've got a lot of junk parts from vendors that you guys deal with. I understand it's not your problem or your issue but you know you're gonna have to give us a little something here every once in a while..

Product looks great. Happy to receive it a day earlier than expected. Only issue is the poor packing. The sidebars have some scratches on them from shipping. I will be calling extreme terrain to see if any rust resistance paint can be sent to me before I install them. Overall I am happy with the product and extreme terrain company.
