Came in two separate orders, so I thought I was shorted, however, the next couple of days the second half arrived, and all were good!
Really not happy that I got an open box and didn't fit well on my Jeep I asked customer service and had someone help me and then was supposed to call me back to help me with some things I needed help with never called me back very disappointed
I ordered a soft top for my Jeep new in the box paid $350 got sent one that was wide open and all they wanted to do was give me $75 in store credit or $37 reimbursement with no warranty or able to return it that is not acceptable I will not be shopping anymore there
So far my experience has been great, Scott the sales I keep in contact with has ben great. I send him questions on what I need or might need to help with the build and he IMs me snap shot of what he has found for my build. He's very knowledgeable about the Jeeps in general and quick to respond when I have questions about different products.

Overall order experience was easy. Do not yet have the product purchased, as it has not had time to arrive at time of this review. Website seems well done and easy to navigate. My main disappointment, is that some of the products are made in china...
Too many emails, I don't have my parts yet and I have received 10 emails try to sell me more stuff.
Shipping was fast. Package was packed tight for shipping. Bolted up great and fit a 12,000lb winch. The JL looks great.

I ordered an open package item that described cosmetic damage, ie. Scratched. But it was more than just scratched. The drawer knob had the screw snapped off in it, so I drilled and tapped it. Also the lock mechanism's threads were stripped, so I tapped it as well. There was no key for the lock but I ordered the other drawer and it's key works in the first drawer as well. It is now in functioning condition. Next to install.

I was was not happy, when I order sway bar links (2) left and right and also a lift kit for my tacoma. When they got here, a week later, found out the lift kit was for a 07 tundra and two right sway bar links. Called them that Sunday, but all they could do was just take the parts back, but they didn't send me the correct. Just store credit. I am not happy, being this is my only vehicle with kids. Didn't have time to wait on new parts or store credit.

I wasn't impressed at all with the item. It looked like something out of the Flintstones. I sent it back the next day after I received it.
Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
