I ordered front struts and rear shocks and I only received one rear shock and the front struts and a empty box that was supposed to have a second rear shock.

I just received my taillights absolutely night and day difference from ugly stock clear chrome one's that come on the Tacoma TRD off road. They fit and look awesome only thing like everyone says I wish the turn signal lights were a bit brighter but for the price I would definitely recommend them I'm glad I went with these lights looks awesome with the cement color!
The window kit for my 2010 jeep JK 4door was exactly as described. I ordered it and 3 days later it was here. Great product and it was packed up secure. No problems at all. I will order from Extreme Terrain again.
One of the parts was bent and slightly broken. It wasn't a load bearing or visible part. I was able to bend it back although the metal was slightly broken. I was in the middle of the install and it wasn't worth processing a return/exchange or anything. Everything else was great.

Was unsure length of quick disconnect drop link I needed for my jeep that is lifted so they name slips me but he was well informed as a mechanic and salesman to guide me in the right direction for my parts

Overall, a good experience. It arrived when it was supposed to but the video said the parts were under $200 and it really was $340. Then they told me the video on that part was 7 years old.They should have adjusted that or taken out where he said the price.Because that's really false advertising
There were not installation instructions and there were missing bolts and nuts. Was not able to fully install properly. Very frustrating!
