I ordered the complete replacement soft top in Khaki to match the interior of the jeep. Web site photo shows a light brown khaki color but when it arrived is is actually gray. Customer service let me know that the color difference is a common theme in customer responses and that the manufacturer must be color blind. Extreme Terrain is knowing false advertising the product color to buyers.

My wife and I are full-time in our 45' RV coach/motorhome and pull my 2018 JL Rubicon behind. I have ordered from Extreme Terrain in the past and recently placed an order for some front end steering components. My sales rep Andrew D. Was champion in trying his hardest to assist me through the purchase. However, due to a shipping address being different from the billing address Extreme Terrain was blocking the most expensive item on the order and cancelling it multiple times.
I do understand fraud policies to protect the company and the customer, but, the fact that I was a returning customer and on the phone with Andrew for literally hours during his communications with the appropriate folks, there should have been a work-around. There was ordering and reordering multiple times that were all canceled all while continually tagging pending transactions to my Amex.
I ended up ONLY getting the stabilizer relocation parts and no Tie Rod.
This forced me to buy elsewhere (Amazon) and pay significantly more for the same part.
Again, I do understand fraud is a major problem, but as a full-time RV'r traveling across the nation and staying in different RV Resorts, they're must be an alternative especially with your existing customers.
Thank you Andrew D. For trying your hardest to support and assist me, but the ET fraud department lost a worthy customer by not digging deeper.

Our security system we use is called Riskified and it is used with multiple retailers, it is not only due to shipping and billing addresses being different but understand and agree with you as a returning customer we do have order history on your side to help get it approved. I am happy that you are pleased with your sales rep and in the future customer service would actually be the best department to go to for security holds because they can escalate this to that department and manually submit the information to Riskified and possibly get an approval for the order. Great product availability; pricing is good but my first order was shipped quickly but has been sitting in limbo saying USPS is awaiting package for 6 days, called and they re-ordered my order and are shipping another package out. If the other order actually arrives I will have to contact them for a return label, and return one order. A lot of trouble on my end. Hopefully it shows up and I don't get a duplicate order. Looking forward to getting my parts and hopefully they are great.

I ordered this product on Thursday afternoon. It said I would receive it on Saturday. It did not ship until Friday and now I will not receive it until Monday. I keep receiving emails to post a review and I have not even received the product.

The only complaint I could mentioned, it does not even deal with extreme terrain but the company of the product I bought. I have not installed the product but the way it was packaged caused the included grease packet get smashed and is now all over the inside of the box.
