WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Sure they're nice and everything but they REFUSE to give me my full refund for this brick of a phone. I explained to them it wasn't working and that I wanted my money back and their telling me to take it to a repair shop and get it fixed. Then when I took it to my friend who fixes computers who said there was obviously a software malfunction they said I could send it back for 40 dollars when I originally paid 70! Now there telling me I can get a 20 dollar refund even if I don't send it back. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK! Every single cent and I will sue until I get it.

I had ordered a replacement phone ordered after I had lost it while I was hunting. So I Ordered a Mock Iphone on sunday which it said would be shipped out within 24hrs. It wasn't... I mailed them 2 times asking why the heck its taking so long and iv tried calling them idk how many times and they say the line has changed or the number was disconnected! Well, I can't say any wrong thing. I love this site. 2 months after using the android phone that i bought from "everbuying.com" it stopped working because a hardware problem. According to the warranty policy of the site i had 3 months full warranty. The phone was sent back to the seller and then the turkish bazaar started - they told that i should pay 35$(i was sure that it was some misunderstanding and started arguing), it got very fast to 30,25$ and when i asked them according to what law they do what they do(claiming for payment contrary to their own warranty policy), they told me that the new phone instead of the defective one will be send.
Now it is 3 months that i've been waiting for the item.
One month after, i asked them for the status and i was told that it was sent and gave me the tracking number that i never succeeded to find and track. One more month passed and when i asked again i was told that they had some customs problems and that they will resent the item. Again i got the "untrackable" tracking number.
I asked to get the full refund for the item that i try to get for 3 months. They can leave the new phone for themselves and their answer was - "After the parcel arrived your country, the website will be updated the tracking information". Stupid me that bought from this site. I do not want to have any business with such a non-reliable seller that have no even minimal respect to his customer and think that they are idiots.
Do not buy from them! I've learned this lesson and it paid for it 130$ + sending back to china costs with REAL tracking number. Again, Do Not buy from them!

I made an almost 100 dollar purchase from there on Nov 2. I emailed 6 days later to ask why it hadn't shipped as I thought they had a 24 hour policy. They emailed back 2 days later with a tracking number that was fake and showed "not found" when tracked on the fake website they used. I warned them the same day by email that if I didn't have a working tracking number from them within 3 days, I would contact paypal and file a claim. They didn't answer so I filed a dispute. I asked them why the tracking number kept coming back "not found" on the tracked package and they apologized on the paypal dispute and told me to go to another website and track it. Once again "NOT FOUND!" I told them to stop talking to me like I was stupid. The numbers were fake and they hadn't shipped it yet. I then turned the dispute into a full blown claim, They had enough nerve to give me another fake site with the fake number to track so that paypal could even see their stupid tricks! How stupid could they be?
I know I will get my money back... paypal won't tolerate this.
Don't get me wrong... customer service was nice when they decided to reply but it's all smoke and mirrors to fool you into waiting God knows how long till they ship it. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

Paid on 25th October recieved an emails stating order shipped on the 30th October.
I recieved a tracking number RU*******CH howerver this number returns a not found message.
I have sent an email asking why I can't track the Order - but have not yet recieved a reply
Getting slightly concerned at the moment.

Note on tracking - the link in the confirmation email does not work, also the tracking software says posted from country (but not which country) so no real way of telling where a package is.
Still no sign of the phone and as I am reaching the pay pal limit I will need to ask for my money back if it does not arrive this week.

The not so good news:-
1) After a few days I am getting a call barring message when I try to make outgoing calls. I have found the call barring option in setting but they all appear to be disabled and i could not change them anyway as they need a password.
2) The UK plug for the charger cable does not fit so is unusable. Fortunatly it is a standard cable so I can use my my old android phone charger - but fustrating.
3) The Phone was also covered in fingermarks (and no plastic protective sheet) so made the phone feel secondhand

I haven't had any issues ordering from this company. I recently purchased a charging cord with minions on it for my cell phone and it works just fine. Also the shipping didn't even take a month and usually when i order from other countries it takes at least a month.
So i got an awesome deal on an item i wouldn't be able to find in the US, it works perfect, and the shipping was fast in my opinion. I haven't received broken items or late items really i haven't had any issues.
I will continue to shop at this site and referred friends and family to it as well. Its shocking to me all the negative reviews on here since i haven't experienced anything negative with them and i suppose we all have different experiences with websites but i think its a legitimate website with awesome deals definitely NOT a scam as some have said of them.
The staff of everybuying were always very friendly, theye always answered my questions within 48hours. I bought a cellphone (feiteng h9500+) and chose to deliver with DHL. In less than a week i had my phone and i could follow my cell with the trackcode i got from them. Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
