Slow customer service, I don't even know if i'd even get my products i've ordered over $500 worth, which to me is a lot. I have lodged a ticket and it has yet to be replied to from a few days back. I wouldn't say I am dissapointed, I would say I am scared that I have probably flushed $500 U. S down the drain with no products. I wouldn't recommend the site if the customer service is bad and how they make you make a purchase without any warning or indicator on how long it will take to ship including the processing time which isn't indicated on the details of purchase. This site is really unethical!
