Terribly slow delivery. I placed an order for Oukitel k4000 pro, worth (Indian Rupees 8350= USD 115.89) on March 2nd under the impression that it will ship within 3-5 days as displayed on the product page. But, they asked me to wait for 2 weeks due to supply issues from the manufacturer. Today, on 22nd march, they ask me to wait for almost one more month to even dispatch my product. Poor response from the customer support team that repeats the same message over and over again.

Edit: I got my entire money refunded via PayPal since they could not send me the product. Happy they responded for that, at least.

I really liked how quickly my order has been sent, high quality goods, great price and service! I recommend to buy at this store!

Awesome smartphone from Everbuying.net

I ordered Homtom HT7 in flash sale at everbuying.com. The phone was send very fast, in personal cabinet was all info about my order - packed phone photo, track, destination addres.
The parcel came very fast, it was very well packed. As for the phone - its GREAT. Large 5.5'' HD screen, very fast 5.1 Android, 2 cameras, fast GPS, wireless firmware upgrade, big 3000 mAh
Ever also give me bonus EB points for reviewing this smartphone, and I use this point for another phone

I started using everbuying in 2014 and have never had any major issues with them. They have great items at very affordable prices and are always there to help you when you encounter any issues. The live support is very active and effective especially the one for skype. Shipping is always fast between (5 - 10)days when you choose registered airmail which is free for orders over 40$ and (15-35)days for unregistered mail which are small items with small $ value. You can always choose to add a tracking number by paying an extra 2$ which is always worth it because your item will be sent by airmail. Every item i have bought is always like they described or even better according to me. This is an honest and fair review because on further research i have found that most negative reviews are written by rival companies and people who have not tried to work out a solution for their experience..

I have nice experience with Everbuying. Everything was fine and profesional. I hope they will continue to do great job.

Long story short, i have ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 (32gb) from their store and paid via paypal.

After 25 days (the time they stated the item should arrive) i have contacted them for a refund. They requested me to wait for 15 days more (which i did). However the item has not moved since so i came back. They then refused to give my money back and said they will be able to refund after 120 days (period the courier have to officially mark a package as lost). So I did wait for 120 days and went back for a refund after that time.

And to my surprise they said that they will not give me my money back since its not their fault and i have not purchased a buyer protection service (which is like 10-20 bucks) :O ! As a "kind" gesture they told me they can give me back 50% of the order in credit store... WHAT?

I then requested help from PayPal and made a claim for a full refund on paypal. Afterwards Everbuing came back to me offering 60% refund o my paypal account or 70% in credit store. I obviously refused. They did another proposition: 70% to paypal or 100% in credit store. I refused again since i already knew they are nasty Scams and cheaters.

So I'm waiting for paypal to decide (obviously there is only one way it will go - ill get a full refund but will have to wait) but in the meantime they try to SCAM PAYPAL by trying to find a loophole in PayPal terms and conditions - sending me a partial refund (~50%) since when the seller does that you cannot proceed with the claim.

Luckily the claim was already done so this changes nothing. It only showed PayPal (which i contacted) that the seller is trying to cheat me and them and made a claim pretty easy for them (i will get a full refund soon).

Tl.dr: DO NOT BUY THERE! THEY WANT TO SCAM YOU. They will do whatever it takes to cheat and scam you at all costs if something goes wrong. They even proceeded to cheat buyer protection system on PayPal.
