AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Try to find out who owns this company and you will be given the runaround. Every legitimate company posts the names of their executive staff. Not this phony baloney company!

The wigs are cheaply made and way overpriced. NONE of them look like the pictures in their catalogs or online and and cannot be styled like the pictures. Most are plastic looking and so shiny they could be used to decorate a Christmas tree. Two that I bought, frizzed within a couple of days. What was supposed to be curls and layers turned into a mess that looked like patches of Brillo. I've seen better "hair" on dolls from the Dollar Store. Their return policy is extremely restrictive so they literally force you to keep their crappy wigs which are better served for Halloween costumes.

They charge a hefty price of $19 for "restocking" or $8 to return or exchange their sub-standard wigs. Buyer Beware. Shop elsewhere, they are a ripoff. In addition, they FORCE you to buy their crappy wigs but requiring an "exchange only". You are then stuck with their junk! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I purchase the wig from this company which went to the wrong address check tracking and it stated that the item was going back to sellar I called to get a refund because I didn't want to wait for another one to come out and she told me I would have to wait till they received the unit in order for me to get my refund but they can send another one out. Which is crazy because if you can send another one then you can refund my money and you can clearly see on your end that the item was coming back to you so why couldn't I get my refund was beyond me. I'm going to wait to see if the package is returned to them and if they do not give me my refund I'm going to have my lawyer get in contact with them and you going to owe me way more than $27

This place is so bogus. I will never order anything else from them ever. My first order with them and my absolute last. The dress I ordered was way to big and although on clearance, they refused to replace with a smaller size. I did not request a refund, only a dress that would fit. I was told that I could send it back by one of their reps, which I did and was told they would not take it back
I called the company after receiving a message telling me if I didn't call by a certain dau, my return was going to charity. If that don't take the cake and I have to pay for them to send it back. What the hell happened to Customer satisfaction. No wonder they have a 1 rating. I wished I had seen that sooner.

Scam rip off thieif

I was lied to and they took my money. I emailed them to tell them how disappointed I was with the product and that i would never buy from them again because was not going to get a refund. They told me I could get a refund even though they knew the products that I ordered were clearance. Once I sent them back I received a letter stating I could only get an exchange and I should call them for my merchandise credit. I was told that my credit was 5.99. I asked for an explanation and was put in hold for about 20 minutes. When they return I was told the amount was 4.98 because they charged me to restock the items. The took my money for 3 wigs and I got nothing. I could give away myself but told me that I could get a refund. I am reporting to BBB. This is robbery.

Ladies make sure you return your items in a timely manner. I DO NOT mind giving to charities, but I dislike for anyone to take from me and say it's in the name of some UNKNOWN charity. I am MORE than capable of choosing for myself. Especially Yours just like you deduct shipping from my total when I return an item to you. You can also deduct shipping from my total to return an item back to me that you refuse to refund. Especially Yours this WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN... FYI: I would NOT have given you 1 star if I had the option

I ordered my mother a white 3pc suit for Mother's Day she tried it on it did not fit. I shipped it back for a refund they tell me I can't get a refund because it was sent back damaged. Which was a damn lie! I call they tell me they are giving it to charity, charity my $#*! I won't my damn $80 back. These people are the worse I ever seen anywhere I order offline an send it back I get my refund. Something needs to be done about them. NOBODY NEEDS TO ORDER FROM THEM. They are the WORSE COMPANY. I'm calling BBB on them. I am beyond PISSED!

Before you buy any products from this company, read the reviews. I bought a wig from this company. I open the package took the wig out, hairs fell out! Called the company to asked for another wig or refund, was hung up on. Calling "Better Business" on this company! This company need to be check out!

My elderly mother ordered a wig and when she got it is was very cheap looking and even had bald spots in the wig. The catalog did not specify that this wig was an exchange only if not satisfied, that information did not come until the wig was delivered. She was charged a delivery fee of $9.99 that was not legitimate due to there was to be free shipping. I had to make calls every week for a month before someone finally agreed to take the wig back but they wanted it back within a certain time and they were going to charge a restock fee so the amount to return this would have been within $3 of the original price of the wig. It would cost $26.99 to return a wig that cost $29.99. Don't order from here, the wigs are cheap looking since they are priced cheaply and it takes a lot of hassle to get your money back. After fighting many times on behalf of my mother I finally did get a refund for her. I can see that this company makes their money on people returning wigs not buying them. Beware...

I bought two paintsets and it was a clearance sale and i wear a xl and it didn't even fit so i sent it back and they said they couldn't give me a exchange or a refund I think there is a imperfection in the clearance clothes they kept $80.00 of my money do not buy from them I wish I had looked at the reviews earlier, I think they know what there doing, They send imperfection clothes cause they know you can't get your money back.

They do not honor the normal 30 days return policy as other companies from when you receive item but starts when they ship the item out from warehouse, so it could you take 2 weeks to receive it and 2 weeks to return, so where is the 30 days allowance for the customer? They then LIE and say item came back too late and your items donated to charity when in fact they have kept your money and resold the item for profit. LEARN FROM ME AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER.

Especially yours has zero integrity, the phone operators all tell you different stories in which is not the whole truth. I pay in full for all my purchases, I can imagine what they do when you pay later.My husband ordered on line me a suit on Monday, he wanted me to have it before Sunday, they charged him thirty dollars for three days shipping. Where is that written? I started shopping with them a few years ago, now I have had my fill of them. Some of their designers are exquisite, and I really want to purchase their style just not through Especially Yours.(Liz)

It seem as though that's there motto, keeping customers money. I order a pair of shoes return within the 30days allowed. They only returned the money for shipping and handling, kept 40.00 dollars claiming I did not send within the 30days. I have recipet from the post office confirming I sent within the 30 days, but they refuse to return my money. What ever you do, don't deal with this company. I told them to stop sending me catalogues because I will never order anything from them again.

I have been demanding my money back for a wig that was not going to be shipped for one week after placing the order. I never received a confirmation email saying my order will be shipped. I called them immediately to find out it was going to ship one week after them TAKING MY MONEY< which was immediate. It boils down to me arguing with the people and calling my credit card company to call the charges bogus.Do not deal with this company and do business elsewhere.

Ordered wig style Vivid and Kayla from WEBSITE. Returned both wigs within specified time frame for refund. Approximately 3 weeks later, I received a letter stating that unfortunately I wouldn't receive a refund for Vivid because it was "ON SALE" in their "CATALOG". I ordered this wig online. There was no info online stating that return of this wig was merchandise credit only. I would never have ordered this wig if I knew this. I WON'T BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered to true grace dresses one was on hold they charged my account for that one then refunded it back in pieces on the same day that they over charged me for the one I received. They sent the other one but it looked nothing like the one in the catalog. So I returned it. I was supposed to receive free shipping but they also charged me for that. They first stated that I could have received a refund if I had called back within fourteen days. Once I told them the date that I called back and it was confirmed that I did she stated that I had received by refund already. I called my bank then called them back with the information that they had not refunded my money back for the free shipping that I was supposed to have received. They are not the company I thought they were. There should be an option with no STARS at all. Customer service and management are a joke they didn't even take the time to add or subtract to get it right. No more ESPECIALLY YOURS is now off my list for catalog shopping for any occasion.

Slow and rude

I bought some things from this site it took so long to get to me it was ridiculous this is 2017 people let's use something other than snail mail, it was so slow I couldn't believe how long, that's why people be going to Chi Young and Oku beauty supply straight from Korea on every corner in the hood, then when I called to ask a question about the deferred billing the lady was so rude like I was interrupting her. I believe all the other reviews are true.
