In December of 2021 I bought security cameras from Camera Outlet on Amazon. They were defective so I asked for a return label to return them. For a couple of months I got "no refunds" responses and calling customer service was useless. I disputed the $430.72 on my
Discover Card and the charge was removed. However, Amazon shut down my account as fraud activity. I couldn't get into my account or watch TV being a Prime Member. I was told by Amazon, I had to remove the dispute from my Discover and use their A-Z program. I returned the cameras at my expense and I had already done that with them claiming I got my refund. A designated person from Discover did the research and it it clearly showed the charges for the cameras being bought, the dispute removed and then recharged. I sent 2 letters to the CEO of Amazon Brian Olsavsky with all my Discover Card statements from December 2021 to April, 2022 clearly indicating Amazon did not refund Discover after the cameras were returned. No one has reached out to me as of October 13,2022. Bottom line is Camera Outlet has their merchandise back and Amazon has my $430.72. This is extremely frustrating.

I sent 3 emails to this company to get clarification on the usage of the device. The instructions are written in Korean which I do not read or write and the English is ambiguous at best. Instead of answering each question, they referred me back to the instructions. I made one last attempt to communicate and they stopped responding. I got PayPal involved to get a refund. Btw, item had to be returned at my expense. AVOID this company at all costs.

These items were offered on Morningsave.com and cost more than Walmart when I did an internet search of this company. I ordered a few pieces of jewelry from them. They were in cellophane packets you see at the Dollar Store. Each packet was stamped with "made in China".

I had a hard time getting through by phone to HS and just kept getting a recording that they would call me back. When I finally spoke to a man on the phone, he was rude and nasty. I was only going to return one of the 4 pair of earrings. When I asked for the return address he told me to "look on the envelope it was sent in". I also asked for a return label and he told me to "pay for it yourself"! I told him I wanted a refund and he yelled at me "you're not getting your money back".

Ha! I proved him wrong! I called Walmart and told the agent exactly what happened. Because the person at HS was so disrespectful, the Walmart agent immediately escalated the call to a supervisor. I got a full refund for all of the items and donated them to a local charity. Buyer beware. Steer clear!

REAL ESTATE SCAMMER EXTRAORDINAIRE! Paulette Elaine Rocco Gosden Tumbarello is an unscrupulous, unethical, real estate broker with Charter One Realty of Bluffton (Hilton Head Island, SC).

While at Gateway Realty (now merged with Charter One) she insisted that I spend $12,000 to stage my house so her friend could make money because, according to her, "nobody buys an empty house". This was my first time selling a house so I didn't know better and trusted her completely. She told me to take the money out of the equity in the house and a couple days later drove me to two banks where I was denied the loan. She told me I needed to try a third bank and she then drove me to a furniture store and told me apply for a $5,000 line of credit. Those "hard pulls" within one week took a major hit on my credit score.

When I couldn't come up with the money Paulette under priced my house, called me at 10 PM yelling for me to "take the money! Take the money!" from the first offer. She flat-out refused to present a counter offer saying "they won't pay more". (How would she know that?) She then met with the buyers and their agent alone - AFTER we had scheduled a meeting together.

When I said I would not show up for the closing, Paulette gave that confidential information to the buyers' agent, Mary Weisbrod Aiana, also of Charter One. She then told me I would be sued and left me homeless. Paulette and Mary both made close to $6,000 in profit (at my expense) but I lost money. I called Tom Jackson, the broker-in-charge, to let him know what happened but he just hung up. Therefore, he is equally complicit in this scam because Paulette reports to him.

After I wrote about her on Zillow and Trulia, Paulette had her friend, attorney Thomas J. Finn of Hilton Head Island, threaten me. I strongly suggest you steer clear of all of these people. Paulette did not help me sell my home, she caused me to lose it.

I sent my laptop to them just to replace the DVD drive and they wiped all the data off and replaced my motherboard with a refurbished one. Within 3 days, it started shutting down without notice and in less than a week I was shut completely out. I shipped my computer back to them 4 times only to end up with a dead laptop. I lost everything; buyer beware. They did not help me at all. Steer clear!

First they inundate your email with excessive "deals". The clothes are factory-seconds made of poor quality material and shipped from China and other parts of Asia. Seams on pants are often crooked and twisted. Also, all too often, their women's pants incorrectly button to the left (like men's pants) instead of the right side.

The shipping is slow and a "restocking fee" fee is charged for every item that is returned even if it is defective. The customer service reps are incompetent. One example - they created 3 different accounts for me using the same email address. I asked them to merge the accounts to one and after more than 5 months it still hasn't been done.

Another example is I was told to call "customer support" which, according to the rep, was different than "customer service". It isn't. They are stupid. I'm done with them.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Try to find out who owns this company and you will be given the runaround. Every legitimate company posts the names of their executive staff. Not this phony baloney company!

The wigs are cheaply made and way overpriced. NONE of them look like the pictures in their catalogs or online and and cannot be styled like the pictures. Most are plastic looking and so shiny they could be used to decorate a Christmas tree. Two that I bought, frizzed within a couple of days. What was supposed to be curls and layers turned into a mess that looked like patches of Brillo. I've seen better "hair" on dolls from the Dollar Store. Their return policy is extremely restrictive so they literally force you to keep their crappy wigs which are better served for Halloween costumes.

They charge a hefty price of $19 for "restocking" or $8 to return or exchange their sub-standard wigs. Buyer Beware. Shop elsewhere, they are a ripoff. In addition, they FORCE you to buy their crappy wigs but requiring an "exchange only". You are then stuck with their junk! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
