SCAM. STOP IT NOW

I RETURNED A WIG WHICH WAS TOO SMALL. IT WAS RETURNED WELL WITHIN THE 21 DAY, APPROXIMATELY 5 DAYS AFTER IT WAS RECEIVED. I RETURNED THE TINY WIG FOR AN EXCHANGE FOR ONE OF EQUAL VALUE OR SLIGHTLY LESS. SINCE IT WAS THE HOLIDAYS, I ACCEPTED THAT THE ORDER WOULD BE A LITTLE SLOW GETTING BACK TO ME. IT HAS BEEN THREE OR FOUR WEEKS NOW. SO I CALLED THEM TODAY. THE FIRST REPRESENTATIVE CONVENIENTLY DISCONNECTED. THE SECOND EXPLAINED THAT THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND THAT THE WIG WOULD BE DONATED TO CHARITY! I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. SHE REPEATED THE SAME. RIDICULOUS POLICY OVER AND OVER. THEN SHE BECAME IRATE AND STATED THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT IT WAS NOT RECEIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEN SHE REFERRED ME TO ONLINE POLICY EVEN THOUGH I INFORMED HER THAT I HAD THE PACKING SLIP RIGHT BEFORE ME WITH THE EXCHANGE /REFUND POLICY IN BLACK AND WHITE. WHEN I PRESSED FURTHER, I WAS TOLD THEY THEY WOULD SEND THE TOO SMALL WIG BACK WITH A SHIPPING FEE OF $5.00! I HAVE HAD SOME SUCCESS ORDERING FROM THESE FOLKS BEFORE. I NEVER DREAMED THAT THESE PEOPLE WOULD PULL SUCH A DISHONEST UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ESPECIALLY SINCE SO MANY HONEST PEOPLE DEAL WITH THEM AND EXPECT THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING. READING THE REVIEWS, I SEE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE ELSE IS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THEY WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYMORE BUSINESS FROM ME OR MY FAMILY, FRIENDS OR CHURCH MEMBERS. I WILL CONTACT THE MASS. AG'S OFFICE AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND IF NECESSARY, WILL CONTACT AN ATTORNEY AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS. I WILL NOT LET THIS INJUSTICE AND SCAM CONTINUE.

Ripoff and scam company
December 31, 2016

I ordered a coat from especially yours. Total was $213.00. I ordered it on the buy now pay later plan. Ordered in October and they were gonna charge me on 12/15/2016. The coat was too small and I wanted to exchange for a bigger size. I went to the post office and shipped it using their return postage label. I returned it 30 days after receiving it and kept calling to see if it had been returned. They were very rude and was told it had not been received as of yet and by now it had been 45 days and was told if they did receive it now that it would be donated to charity. Who has $213.00 to give away to some unknown charity? Sure enough on 12/15/16 They tried to charge my MasterCard for the amount and still they hadn't received the coat yet so they said. I had already beat them to the punch and cancelled my card because I knew they were trying to scam me. I get a call from them 2 weeks after they tried to charge my card and was told they received my coat that morning. Funny it takes them 4 days to send merchandise to you but it takes 2 months for them to receive from you. The representative then told me I owed $85 to them for the label and the shipping costs using their return shipping label. I told her I was not paying a penny and that they got their coat back. I then got an email stating they would send me the exchange I asked for and would bill me with my new card in 3 days. I told them I don't want the exchange now because I knew it was nothing but another scam and plus it now was way over 45 days. Did they really think I was going to give them my card number? Any time after that they donate it to charity. Did they think I was going to let them take me for a fool? No I wasn't. I would never, ever, ever order from this scam of a company again and it should be illegal the scams they are trying to pull on me and other people beside myself.

If you order an item and send it back within one week of receiving it, the company will tell you its not returnable or exchangable because you did not send it back the way they sent it to you with tag included. This is my 1st time ordering and my LAST TIME to EVER ORDER from ESPECIALLY YOURS. The items were too large and I wanted to exchange it for another outfit in a smaller size. Sending it through the US Mail may have caused the items inside the box to come apart. Regardless of the facts, I could not wear the items because of the size. I am taking my business and other referrals to other reputable businesses. SHOP HERE AT UR OWN RISK

I ORDER 2 WIGS ONE CAME LOOKS NOTHING LIKE IT DID ON LINE I MADE THIS ORDER ON NOVEMBER 21 STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE OTHER PUT THEY TOOK EXTRA $24.00 out of my account saying they didn't I called last week to inquire about the other wig told on back order but I cant't cancel today I'M told it's in the warehouse so I can't cancel beware of this scammers I'm reporting them to the ATTORNEY GENERAL THEY ARE SCAMMERS READ OTHER REVIEWS I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING AS ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT ORDER AFTER I GOT THE PRODUCT YOU CAN'T RETURN CLEARANCE ITEMS AFTER THE FACT CROOKS

No warning

I purchased a clearance item that was a size 14. I've purchased a number of suits from them, all size 14. This clearance suit didn't fit. It was to small. I called them to return it for a size 16. I wanted the suit, I can't wear it if it's too small. They told me I couldn't exchange it because it was a clearance item. If I would have been informed that the item runs small then I could have gotten the correct size. I told her to look at all my past orders, everything is a 14. Her response, No exchange on clearance items. I never thought to review them until this happened. I'm glad this happened with something I spent less than $60 for. This will make me more cautious about purchasing from them.

I purchased a suit for a $129.99 for a church event. The suit was too big so I sent it back for an exchange for a smaller size. After two weeks, I called to track the shipment for my exchange and I was told that they "DON'T DO REFUNDS NOR DO THEY DO EXCHANGES" and they had already donated my suit. I was totally devastated. I then spoke to a supervisor explained to her that the sales person told me to return the suit for a smaller size and they would mail the exchange once they received the suit in the warehouse. The supervisor told me she would review the tape and it would take 48 to 72 hours. I called after 72 hours and was told the supervisor was reviewing the tape and to call back after 5 p.m. I called back and spoke to the supervisor, Senawaay Scott, she became very belligerent. I tried to explain to her as I tried to explain to the 6 other sales people that I was told to return it for an exchange. I told them that I am 71 years old, retired, on a fixed income and I could not afford to donate my brand new suit. I told the supervisor that I would have had the suit altered if I had known they were going to donate my suit. She became very loud-mouthed again and it became very difficult to talk to her. Unfortunately, I did not look at the reviews before I placed my order. Is there someone who can help stop this scam.

Bad service

OMG the worst ever. I returned the item in a timely period, however I was told it was not received within their time frame. Lies. I returned it one day after receiving it. They are cheating me out of my money. PLESE DO NOT EVER BUY FORM THIS COMPANY. If you do and try to return it you'll get the same slap in the face I got. If I could give a 0 rating that's what they would get.

Bad customer service
September 5, 2016

Placed an order with this company and was supposed to get deferred billing or free shipping I opted for deferred billing and was still charged immediately. Placed an order for a wig on August 14,2016 and is still waiting however I hadn't been charge but wanted to cancel the order and was told I can not cancel because it was a drop shipment and the manufacturer has to ship it. No one sent me any notices stating when I should receive it. The customer service is bad I had to hang up on one representative because she was rude and I called back to speak with someone else. The couldn't give me any information to contact the company. They lost me as a customer. SMH.

I ordered a wig which was a drop ship item on June 26th, 2016, I called back on August 26th, 2016 only to find out the wig is no longer being made. My card was never charged but it would have been nice to receive a courtesy call or mail saying something to this regard. I had to call the company to get this information. That is bad customer service.

Horrible Service! I place an order on June 6 today is 6/15 and still have not received my order. I called on the 14th and press opt 2 for shipping, recording came on and said I should be receiving my order on the 13th. Call again today 6/15 spoke to a character who said my order will be shipped on the 20th. I explained how long I've been waiting and that if they didn't have the item in stock customer should be told at that time. I said I'll refuse the item because I needed for this weekend 18th. He said if I refuse it, it will be a shipment fee and I would be better off accepting the item. I said if I accept/and return how much will be refunded 20% restocking fee would be added and how much would it be if I refuse, 20% shipping fee. I asked to speak to a manager he put me on hold and held longer than necessary and I hung up the phone. I called back spoke to another character and she supposedly got a manager, I explained the problem to her and she kept giving me a date of arrival on the 21st two conflicting dates of arrival. Also repeated what the other character said about the restocking fee/shipment. I said I'm not liable for this delay, you knew you didn't have this item in stock and I should have been notified. I was put on hold and when she came back to the phone she said I made a note of the 20% fee but this is no guarantee that you will receive it back if you return the item. I said take me off your mailing list and whatever else you may have my name on, I'M Done.

I order a suit that look gorgeous online costing me $169.00 When suit arrived, I was not impressed with the material, but love the style. When I finally tried to wear the suit, the pull tab on zipper broke in half as I was zipping it up. I could not zip the skirt. Buttons was for decoration only with snaps under it. The thread holding the snaps were very loose and not properly attached, 3 of the 4 snaps fell completely off. Buttons on the jacket was half attached and one fell off. Called the company to complain and I was told I can have it fixed, but will not refund or replace it. They told me if I noticed this before I wore it, I should have returned it. Did not know I needed to examine the threading, zipper, buttons, and snaps attached or if they properly work.
Do not recommend this company... suits has good looks only, it is cheapen because of how it was made. Poor made quality.

False Advertising

I did receive my order. The order supposed to have been on deferred billing for August. The merchandise I ordered appeared on my credit card May 27. I ordered these outfits on May! 6. I called customer service and reported it. She had the nerve to asked for the code for the deferred billing because she claim she couldn't look up the code that was being used. I find that that was strange. Beware if you do deferred billing with this company. Make sure keep your code if you use deferred billing. I won't use deferred billing with them anymore.

I should have read this site before ordering from this company. When I did not receive a refund in four weeks I emailed the company only to be told I would not receive my money back and that the dress was donated. My belief: they took my money, took the returned dress and sold it again. They have profited twice or more on the same dress. Do not buy from this company.

I was floored when I purchased $63 worth of merchandise from EspeciallyYours and needed to return them due to wrong sizes sent to my home. Not realizing the items were final sale, I purchased some boots and a puffer coat that were too small (the boots were (9N when I ordered 9M). Once I spent an extra $15 to return the items for exchange, I got 2 postcards in the mail saying that the items were donated to charity and that I would not be getting store credit, refund or exchanges I called and wrote Cust Svc to inquire about at least getting a store credit and no one will respond to my queries. I have lodged a consumer complaint with the AG in MA for resolution. STAY AWAY as this company DOES NOT value even long-time customers!

I ordered a wig cost 29.99. The wig was shaggy and stringy looking very unattractive so I called to return before sending back. Per rep Shantell H. Stated ok to send back and refund would be processed back to card within 7 to 10 business days. After allowed time has gone by I called and the automated system stated 22.00 was refunded to card which was a lie. I spoke to another rep which did not understand well so I spoke with supervisor, Shanda Walker stated the item was on sale which mean exchange only and the 22.00 is a credit on my account. I told her I did not wish to order anything else from company. She was very rude, inconsiderate and did not care about the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE/ COMPANY. They do not care about customers concerns... Go out of businesss. I will also be reporting you to Better Business Bureau. For the record, I wouldn't donate this wig to charity or let my dog wear it. False advertisement! I only rated 1 because 0 wasn't an option.

Clothing is junk

I ordered a suit from this company, it didn't fit so I returned it. I was told that I would not get my money back and that they "donated" the suit. They would not give the suit back or give be a refund. They ripped me off for 150.00 dollars. Do NOT order from this company. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful.

My 80 year old mother purchased a dress from Especially Yours for a $149, When the dress arrived, I opened the package and the dress was crushed and the material and color looked cheap. The dress did not fit well and was returned Match 2016. She called 3 times to inquire about the refund and has been give the run around. She has spoken to several supervisors and customer representatives and again was given the run around. I called again today and was told the dress had a smell of perfume and was discarded. I further demanded my refund or the so called "damaged" merchandise to be sent back. I was told the dress will be sent in 7-10 days. We will see! They wanted to keep the dress as well as my mother's money! After this, I will not be doing business with this company!

I was very disappointed at the return policy for this company! I waited 15 minutes before speaking to a representative concerning an exchange. Finally, I was told to pay the postage myself and return the item.

They have the worse customer service that I have ever encountered. They are very rude and unhelpful. If you order you need to make sure that you get a correct fit. Make sure that you know their return policy. If you return an item that doesn't fit they will donate it to charity and you will not get the item nor your money back. I have ordered alot from them in the past however their fit is big and the clothes does not look as good in person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they WILL rip you off.

I purchased two wigs from them, and the Wigs did not have any way of attaching to your hair. The band was too small so I returned it back it was a total of $57 and some change. When I received my credit it was only for $31.92. I would never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone
