WOW! I called to place an order with Especially yours and because I did not have the catalog in hand they would not let me place an order. Please let me tell you that I had torn out the middle sheet that had the product, product ordering number, pricing, and their words save up to 50% on essential head wear. I wanted to order the Deluxe Soft Touch Grip on Sale for $17.
The first operator would not let me order and stated she would not let me speak to a manager. I remembered her name as Michelle, but when asked she said her name was Keisha. When I called back to report her to the companies manager they kept me on hold for 22 minutes. This is totally unacceptable for quality customer service. The manager stated it was their policy to have the information on the back of the catalog, and mentioned that there were employees working there with both of the representatives names that I gave her. At NO time did she try to provide me with the product I wanted to order. So, I did not order. I expressed my disappointment with the minority business and stated they need to get it together for the customers, and to have a blessed day. What does it take to get quality customer service, and where will they be without the customers?
I purchase clothing and accessory over 1000 dollars over a period of time. I returned my last order of a dress which did not fit well. I had paid $120.00 for this dress. When I finally got my credit after 4 weeks, it was for $96.00 when I called to ask why, I was told I am responsible for not only the $8.95 smart label postage but also the initial $16.00 postage fee. This is just wrong!

They never shipped my order (birthday gift for my mom!) and didnt i never received an email stating that the items were in fact not in stock and my order never shipped. I would have been ok if i had received some sort of notice but i had to call their customer service dept and was basically told in so many words "oh well" and "better luck next time". This is unacceptable! This was my first and LAST time ordering from them. BE WARE!
