This dress is light and airy. Perfect for summer. But not so sheer that you have to wear another layer underneath. Makes you feel like you should be walking through the English countryside with a basket of flowers in your hand. Thoughtful details like the time ruffle also f the shoulder seam and hidden buttons along the placket to prevent and gapping at the bust. A very high quality dress for a bargain of a price.

The dress is exactly as shown in the picture, and as with every online purchase, you have to be precise as you cannot try the model before buying. I had a hard time transferring metric values into inches, resulting in a slightly bigger waist. I love that high-end looking dresses are affordable.

My sister has used EShakti several times with great success. I ordered a top and pants just off the site, not specific to my measurements and neither fit. I have a dress on order that I did submit my measurements. Hoping that that works better.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and I wore it this past weekend! I got compliments from everyone on it! So today I am back ordering 2 more dresses because I love that I can have options on collars and sleeves and length of the dress! Custom dress fit well we did not like look of dress but that's our fault will order again for sure

Customizing: Love the option to customize so many things within one item (e.g., length, cut, etc). Not a fan of inputing my measurements for every single item. When I created my "size profile" I assumed I would be able to import it as needed for orders, but I don't see a way to do that. Also, the "wearing waist" was really confusing because I wear some items at my natural waist, some lower, and some down on my hips - there is no single wearing waist, and yet this measurement was critical to others because the other measurements required I start at the wearing waist. This led me to delay my order by several weeks because I wasn't interested in receiving something that didn't fit yet again. I almost didn't order anything at all due to the wearing waist thing.

Selection: Love the range of items and the richness of some colors. Would have liked more items made in straightforward colors rather than big patterns--I want to wear the clothes rather than the clothes wearing me.

Shopping: Some of the poses the models held made it impossible to tell what the clothing looks like on a person standing/sitting/walking normally. I passed several things by due to this.

Paying: Note: connection to PayPal wasn't working.

Products Received: I bought 3 items, all customized to fit: a dress, a pair of jeans, and a pair of dress pants. So far the customization seems to have worked beautifully, which is a huge deal for me because nothing bought off the rack seems to fit right. That said, I've only just tried them on, I haven't worn them for a day to see how they work in real life. For both pairs of pants, the crotch seems a little long (I'm guessing due to the "wearing waist" issue, above), but we'll see when I wear them around. If this piece works out, I'm extremely happy. The changes I would make are mainly on me - I would order the dress with a side zipper next time, and I wouldn't buy pants made from such stiff material.

The dresses were beautifully made and it was so nice to be able to choose the neckline, sleeve length and dress length for a custom piece.
