It took a while for my order to arrive. But I like the product.
I think Eshakti was too busy to follow though on their tailoring promise of 2-3 weeks. It has already been over a week since I contacted them and they haven't followed up yet, so I had to choose a different dressing will have to return the dress. If I had a little better communication response from Eshakti, I'd feel a little more comfortable trying to order again in the future.

Good quality and fit. My only complaint was the circular zipper pull broke off when I had my husband zip me up. I'm now looking for something to replace that as it's almost impossible to zip the dress up without it.

I completely understand the desire for the custom fits - it seemed like such a great idea! But I'm not up to the effort of fulfilling all of the requirements to have them re-fitted so I'll take my pretty-good-but-not-what-I-wanted dresses.
