The dress was delivered on schedule and it is very pretty. However, it has a moldy/unpleasant smell to it. I'm not sure if something happened during packaging or the shipping stages, but the smell hasn't faded after being left to "air out". I'm hoping a wash cycle will get rid of it.

I received my two dresses which are beautiful and fit perfectly. I cannot respond to the customer service, as the original order arrived as anticipated.

This turned out worse than I could ever dream of and the nightmare continues. They will not refund my money in full despite having the clothes I returned. Just don't order is my advice. Now they are ghosting me and have not issued even a full credit. I have nothing but hatred for this company, AVOID!

I am a plus-sized beauty and have searched the world over for clothing that is feminine, fun and fits. EShakti meets all those expectations and more! I save up for the new season and can't wait to see what they will offer. I love the fact that I can tailor the sleeves and the neckline. I liked the picture of the dress but the real thing was a disappointment. It was like a bag. The use of a belt made the hem uneven and not able to be kept even. Frumpy bag.

Excellent customer service. I had miss entered a measurement and customer service double checked my input. Arrived beautifully packaged. Mailing box was in a plastic sleeve so no dampness/water could penetrate. Dress was folded beautifully with tissue. Like receiving a present :)

This was the first time I've received anything from eshakti that I didn't like, so generally I'd still highly recommend them. Just didn't like the Glen check dress, and the duster set is good quality but looks like a bathrobe.

I ordered this dress in size 12 which is the usual size that I wear. The dress arrived and is beautiful but it did not fit. It was small. I contacted eshakti for a remake and sent in my actual measurements. I haven't heard anything since.

This is the second time I order this skirt in a different color I like it that much. It's versatile, comfortable, and easy to care for.

The peplum shirt I received is adorable, fits well. The plaid shirt is way too big, and the wrapped shirt has too much material for summer.
