A number of months ago I ordered a dress from Eshakti. I was so happy with it, I ordered two more dresses, which are beautifully made and fit perfectly. I did have the dresses made to my measurements, so I can't speak to the standard sizes.

I made two orders on the same day. One with "new" items and one with items that had been returned and were being resold. My experiences were vastly different. The resold items arrived on time and two of the three fit well and I will definitely wear. The third is massively huge and voluminous and I will have to give it away since it was a final sale. I accepted that however because it was my first time ordering from this company and I knew I was taking a chance. The second order, which had the same delivery date, didn't arrive until close to a week later, seemingly only because I inquired about it. It doesn't appear as though anything would have happened otherwise. I ordered two dresses to attend an out of town event and I was excited that they were going to be delivered well before I had to leave town. When it became clear that they weren't going to make it, I reached out to customer service and it seemed like that's when my order was even noticed. It seems as though efforts were made to rush it but they were too late because they arrived the afternoon I left town for the event, all the way in California. I tried to suggest a re-routing to my hotel for delivery but that was ignored and I had to buy a dress at the very last minute, the day before I left. I just returned and have only had time to try on one of the three items, a shirt that's way too small and is unwearable. I'll try on the dresses I suppose but they are superfluous at this point. I recognize that timelines may change, but a simple communication to that effect is all that was necessary. I got nothing until two days after the delivery date had passed and I initiated conversation on it. Shipping occurred shortly afterwards but it was vague with no estimated arrival until it was too late. As a result I'm completely unsatisfied with the second order and want to know how this is going to be addressed.

I love the concept you've created however, the pricing is rather deceiving. A $59.00 top on sale actually cost me $80, and that's without customization. This is not something I would order on a regular basis. But I love what you've created with this site
