I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered a dress from eShaki, as I hadn't dealt with them before. I was in for a surprise. I was able to modify the sleeves, neckline, and dress length to my specifications with ease on the website. The dress came right on time. And - it was beautiful! The quality was just wonderful! Even the packaging was done with care. I can't say enough good things about my experience! And if customer service is important to you - they were so good at answering any questions right away. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The only issue is, the color of crepe fabric doesn't look as good as it's pictures. You need to improve your hem stitching in crepe fabric.

The dress was lovely and well made. I brought it as a gift for my niece and she loved it. Unfortunately, the dress arrived about a week later than what I was told. I brought the dress for an event she was going to and it did not arrive in time. I ordered it 2 weeks before the event and it took 3weeks to arrive. This was my first order with eShakti and I hope this is not the norm.

One of the dresses I received was missing a button loop.
Fabric prints don't look as nice in person as they look on photos. The dress patterns are gorgeous, but the fabrics not so much. I wish I could customize not just the cut, but the fabric as well. There are many dresses I would love to buy, but not with the fabrics they are offered

Great fit. I love that they customize because I never fit in any ready made garments! The little details like the cathes to keep your bra straps in place, the added pockets(!) and the professional finishing all adds to the quality of the work. Very impressed.

I loved being able to make modifications to the dress I selected - ready to wear sites don't have this option so you have to live with elements that you may not like. I love that you can see what your modifications will look like on the model so you can determine what you like the best.

I was very unhappy with my dress, because it's to small, and I went up a size. I have reordered the same dress I went up 2 sizes the is s time.

I used to be thrilled about this company and recommended it to others regularly, especially when they complimented me on a well fitted dress. Unfortunately things seem very hit or miss and not checked for quality recently. The duponi fabric is great but many other fabrics seem inconsistent or cheap. At least the last 4 out of 4 pieces have been badly done despite customization. Wish there was better quality control and checks, as well as information on ease for different styles since it also seems to vary widely. Neck measurements should also be included given all the other ones in the default profile. Disappointed lately.

The ability to customize and send back if not done properly is the best selling point for your products! I didn't have to send it back because it fit perfectly, but having the option is what prompted me to buy it.

My eShakti experience was mixed. I'm not much of an online shopper because some items of clothing are quite hard to fit me. Of my two items one fit perfectly, although it was a more forgiving style, and the other was not fitted well. I opted to just return the ill-fitting item as it had some other inherent features I didn't like. The well fitted one I am actually having re done as it was too long and so far the process to request a re-make has been pleasant. I probably will shop again.

I got confused because it kept opening new tabs, and so when I checked my cart it looked like two things were deleted. I guess they were in a different tab.
