Every item ordered was beautiful and well sewn. The fit was great. Truly I didn't expect the items to be so wonderful. I can overlook the later than expected deliver time, because of my satisfaction with the clothes and price. If you are ordering clothes for an event- order early as possible.

The disadvantages of online shopping is that you can't try anything on... and you wont know how the customization will look until you recieve your order weeks after purchasing. The quality of the work and shopping experience were easy, but I unfortunately had to return both of the items in my purchase because they just didn't work for me.

I very much like this dress. I should have ordered a 4 but the person I spoke to about customizations to the dress insisted I should order the 6. I will keep the dress as it fits well enough because it is a wrap dress, but the 4 would have fit better.

The dress I ordered came on time and was exactly what I wanted.

The pictures are so pretty in the catalogue. Yet when it comes to buying something that fits right is not the same. I would have loved to buy a lot of clothes from that company, but the sizes do not fit me. I'm a 18 at the top but not at the bottom. At least I've tried to encourage an ethic company.

Like many on this site I have a body shape that defies standard sizing. The process of entering my sizing was quick and easy. I love that it is on file for next time!

Everything is beautifully made! I only wish the website was easier to navigate in the "mix and match customize fabric and style section"... there are SO many different fabrics and styles, I wish they were categorized a little more to ease of use. And, I like to see the style changes visible in that section, just like they are in the regular section.

Customer service wasn't great considering I waited over a month for my outfit, contacted someone to find out what was going on, received notification that I should wait 2 to 3 days before someone could respond and didn't hear from anyone until I got the email saying that my item had been shipped about a week after I needed it.

The company is very responsive. Hopefully they'll send my refund. The quality of the dress was excellent. It just didn't fit, and I know adjustments will not help.

Helpful as always. The website is a dream to use and there is never a concern that I will be suddenly charged an extra fee from somewhere.

I shipped my return order back with tracking and was received over a month ago. To date no refund or follow up from customer service. Filing fraud complaint with credit card and BBB but buyer beware.
