Positive ordering experience. Took a bit of time to receive, but worth the wait.

I am pleased with one out of the three items I ordered although they were all the same size.
One item fit well and was as expected and I look forward to wearing it.
The second was oddly constructed with way too much fabric, making it feel like maternity wear.
The third item was way too small compared to other items ordered in the same size.

Great customer service. Disappointed I gave to pay to return it. Such a big company should be able to provide us with return label. Since we paid fir delivery in the beginning.

My experience has always been great. Eshakti allows me to have input on customizing and my cloths always fit perfectly.

Like another customer I returned (and paid for return postage) 3 items as the fit was not good. I am STILL ( one month later) waiting for my refund to be deposited in my account despite the company stating the refund has been issued. They have stopped replying to emails. Not s safe company for purchase. I can't change my opinion until this is rectified

I loved the fact that it was custom made to fit and I could alter tte design like neckline, sleeves, length etc which gives the dress a completely new look. Delivery and packaging was great. Absolutely loved it.

Love the designs and options and the ease of choosing them. But it came ankle length instead of four inches above ankle as requested. I can fix it myself but iit is a little disappointing

Having clothes tailored to my height is quite the treat. I enjoyed my experience overall, and am only knocking off one star on one of the products because I can't return it, just get it remade (which is still prettu luxurious, I just came to realize the style won't look right on me no matter the revisions). But that's just the way of things!

I have been shopping with Eshakti for several years now and I thoroughly enjoy it. Just the fact that you can design most items to fit your desire - ie neckline, length and sleeves. I have also done 2 customization orders for a dress that fit perfect but I wanted it in white (its hard to find that perfect white dress)
