It's pretty, however some of sequins is sewn loose and gets caught with other sequence. Where the slit is cut, the fabric hangs weird.

This top was purchased when I returned another item, that return took quite a while. I did contact customer service and each time, I was helped by professional polite staff. This top arrived quicker with better service, so it seems they have fixed their issues.

I am a repeat customer to eShakti. I have customized two lovely dresses for a wedding guest and another special occasion. The customized dresses fit well and the fabrics are beautiful. A third dress was not a flattering style on me. It has been easy to return that dress. I appreciate the great customer service and look forward to shopping for more clothing at eShakti.
This is my second order from eShakti, and it was disappointing. To get the best fit, I submitted by exact measurements, yet the two dresses I ordered were too big, and the skirt was too small. I ordered a replacement for the skirt, which now fits better, but isn't perfect. One of the dresses I kept, because the sash provided pulled it in enough. However, the colour is much more muted in person than it is online, and the difference seems more than just a computer screen issue. I question whether it is the same fabric. However, the worst part of my experience is the second dress I ordered. The background of the dress (which has blue flowers on it) is supposed to be an off-white, but the dress I received has giant pale blue splotches which look like the dye from the decoration has run, either during the dying process or afterwards. A such, it does not resemble the dress I ordered, and it is unwearable. Customer service refused to allow me to return it for a refund, and they claimed it was part of the pattern. It is not part of the pattern according to their photographs and dress description. Very disappointed.

Answer: I have been ordering the standard sizes and they are true to the measurements posted. No matter what you put in your height, so the length is always spot on.
Answer: Purchase a dress that is made with the knit fabric. It is flexible and much more loose feeling than the other fabrics. If you do decide to add inches to the measurement, I recommend only adding 1-2 inches AND only add those inches where you like it loser. For example, measure your arms true to size unless you like it a bit lose. Measure your waist true to size unless that is where you like it a bit lose. But honestly, I think you will find the knit dresses to be the best if you dislike tight fitting clothing! I also am not a fan and those are the dresses I wear most often! I have bought other styles, so I have other fabrics to compare it to.
