Received an email confirmation that the refund would be processed to my credit card within 21 days. It never happened. Today I received a gift card emailed to me for one of the dresses -- MORE THAN ONE YEAR AFTER MY RETURN. Obviously not interested in another purchase from them. Be prepared to throw away your money.
The first dress I received didn't fit properly. They remade the dress perfectly the second time around.

I have purchased dresses from Eshakti quite a few times and never cease to be amazed at the incredible value they provide. At times over the years they haven't had any fabrics I fancied but I feel they have really upped their game more recently to be on trend with both fabrics and patterns.
I have had mostly great experiences with eShakti. From time to time I am less crazy about some of the designs, mostly ones that seem to have too much fabric. Mostly, however, I am happy with my purchases. Otherwise I would not keep coming back.
