The quality and being able to customize your item for the price they offer is incredible. I was nervous at first wondering if was a legit site and with it being a little more in cost than say Shein I was worried at first. But when I opened the first box up I was blown away, the quality of materials and construction were phenomenal. I am on my 11 dress and couldn't be happier. Overall, I'm very happy with the dress. It fits perfectly and looks amazing on me. The only reason I'm taking one star off is the sequins. There's nothing wrong with them except they get caught on each other and you can pull them off (they are attached with a very fine thread). You have to be very careful when putting the dress on or taking it off. Or storing it (I put it into a clothes bag). It is an inconvenience and a risk. I'm willing to take it because I loved the dress very much. But it's not very user friendly. ;) Hence, 4 stars.

I have been a loyal customer of Eshakti since 2016. I order about 2 or 3 dresses a year. I have always sung their praises and never had not one problem. Until I decided to place an order for 3 dresses this year. Everything was delivered in the promised time frame and the dresses were as lovely as always. However, one dress was EXTREMELY too big. I mean, I don't know whose measurements were used but they weren't mine. Fine, mistakes happen. But this dress wasn't cheap. I needed to return the dress and realized that the normal return shipping label that is always provided, was not in my package. I panicked but when I went to their website, the return policy updated as of March 5,2023 states" In the event of having misplaced your prepaid label, please write to us at customerchampion for an alternative return label that you can use." I did this. 3 times. 8/6,8/8,8/10 & 8/14. No response. I called customer service on 8/10 in hopes of speaking to someone. I spoke to Ann who constantly spoke over me, accused me of losing my own shipping label, and said the return info on the website is incorrect and they do not provide alternative shipping labels. Ann needs some customer service training. She did tell me that I could go to USPS and pay for my own shipping and did provide me with the return address. Thanks Ann. I have always supported Eshakti and have even referred quite a few friends that have also been loyal customers for many years. Due to this issue of my emails being ignored and customer service making this out to be my fault, I will never purchase another thing from Eshakti. I cannot believe that your answer to this issue has been to ignore my emails asking for help. I will not continue to sing your praises to anyone and will reference this issue to everyone I know to make sure they don't have to go through what I have.

After trying my normal size, I switched to custom made. The fit is perfect. Even though one dress is not the print for me, the other two are just perfect, despite my larger size.

I'm so pleased with their clothes. I'm long waisted and I struggle to find dresses that look flattering. Each dress I've ordered has been stunning and made me feel feminine. I'm in the public eye frequently and I don't worry about my clothes anymore.

I was so excited when my first order came. I have non-standard clothing sizes and was delighted to try on my first set of clothes. This order felt like my measurements where not taken into account. Every item in the order (which was delayed) was too short or small, or both.

The website is a bit annoying to navigate but the dresses are nice.

The sleeves are too short, and the hem is too long.

I ordered two beautiful denim dresses, and I always get compliments when I wear them. The fabric is great quality, and it washes and dries beautifully in the machine.
