On my computer the fabric appeared chocolate brown, but it's actually orange (not my favorite color).

I've been buying from eshakti for years now and the dresses for wonderfully. The cotton cloth is usually somewhat stiff but it works with their cuts. My favorite part is that all dressed have pockets!

I don't know how they do it - the complete customization and remakes they offer to make sure you're satisfied.

Strangely, couldn't find the dress I ordered unless u searched by name. It should have appeared when i searched for poplin green dress but didn't

I love the customization options! Be sure to order to your correct measurements because they fit the garment to those exactly.

I have placed 2 orders so far. The second one arrived on time. For the first one I had to reach out to customer service because the promised "deliver by" date went with no contact. EShakti customer service did not respond, but the day I opened a PayPal dispute is when my order finally moved into production and I received my order about two weeks later.

I love that I can always count on eshakti to make beautiful dresses that fit well and have necklines and lengths specified to my exact needs. It's so hard to find cute dresses now, but eshakti always has great options, whether you want something classic or super quirky. This order also came much faster than I expected!

I have a hard body to fit, so having a dress made to my measurements is amazing!

The website is not as easy to navigate as it should be and I hate the 'forever' scrolls for when you want to change fabrics when most of the fabrics are actually the same ones just on a different dress. Plus most shirts are overpriced since they usually start at $40, even for casual tops. Otherwise, I love how they fit the clothes to you and how customizable everything is!

Ordering is simple but they missed the delivery deadline by 10 calendar days resulting in me having to purchase additional outfits. Then 1 of the garments was so poorly made I don't think anyone can the Jersey knit top. The belt for the blue polka dot dress didn't match the side I ordered either.

I've been very happy with everything I've ordered so far. Haven't had any issues so can't say how they are at resolving issues.

Got my dress in a reasonable amount of time for a custom piece (2-3 weeks) and it was exactly as expected. Fit beautifully.

Measurements in full inches still feel awfully inaccurate for use European people used to centimeters. If in the middle, are we supposed to round up or down? Your guide doesn't tell this. It says not to round up or down, but if I have 35,5 and the system only accepts 35 or 36, there's not alternative to rounding!

Also, bust height and back length would be good to have.

Easy to shop & order from the site. Shipping time is reasonable—have to allow ample time. Received item & it didn't fit …requested remake but it won't be in time for the event

I mostly order the standard sizes and the fit can sometimes be too tight or too loose, especially in shoulders.

Placed an order in mid to late June but the promise that the items will be delivered by 11 July. I bought the items to take with me on vacation, and gave myself plenty of time to be able to send the items back if there were any fit issues however my items did not arrive on time, and there was no explanation given as to the delay. When I contacted customer service I was told that they had an issue with the fabric and that it would be an even longer wait until I got my items. When my items finally did arrive none of them fit me properly even though I had ordered the correct size.

All my purchases have been stellar, as a petite gal was lovely to get clothes that don't drag the floor.
