The ordering process and shipping time were adequate, but I was bummed that a 16W didn't even begin to fit. I threw away all of the packaging and return label, unfortunately, so I will keep the dress and hope it fits someday.

Really specific measurements give me confidence that it will be a good fit.

EShakti's website is mesmerizing. It's like playing with paper dolls. The quality of fabric, the sewing all good. Be careful to measure yourself including height. The company is very good with customer service. I hope to order again.

This was my first purchase, and I went with off the rack sizing (no customizations); I am pleased with this item, it is very fashionable with French Cuffs, pleating, and great color! It makes a great shacket!

First experience okay for most part. Not sure if I'll be a repeat customer though... feel like I can get the quality for a lesser price at some of my local stores.

When I placed my order, I received a confirmation email informing me my order would arrive on or before 5/15/22. As of 5/25/22 it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed customer service several times and still no reply. I've asked if the order was shipped or if there is a tracking number. I just had to run out and purchase a dress for a wedding this weekend since it's clear I won't be getting my order from eShakti in time. This is my first and last time ordering from this company. Very disappointing.

Website is NOT easy to navigate, but I love the overall idea of what you guys are trying to do. But I wear a size 18 in EVERYTHING I own and all of these items don't fit me. I contacted your customer service 5 days ago and still haven't heard anything back.

I had been searching for months for a MOB dress. I am 5'3" 197# and very curvy. I looked at Macy's, Dillard, Nordstroms... all which never had my size or made me feel inadequate for asking. I looked and looked online and then your website popped up. I love the fact that you can change the design of the dress: change the sleeve length, the neckline, the length in general. I found the dress I loved. I decided to do the custom fit order. My husband helped me take the measurements as specified... I rechecked everything and send the order off... hoping and hoping.

I could'nt be happier with my dress. It's a one of kind, not frumpy, (I'm 57) perfect dress for a summer wedding. I will be a happy and confident Mom at my daughter's wedding.

The idea of having the dress made to my size was really nice. Unfortunately, when I got the dress it was way to large with some imperfections. I have requested a redo and am hoping to receive the right size soon. Hoping to wear it for a ceremony!

Easy experience. Loved the dress. Unfortunately I received the dress 2 days before the event and it didn't fit in the chest, so I had to return it. I would order from eshakti again.
