Quick and easy ordering. Shipped on day promised and arrived soon after. The quality and craftmanship is superb, however the fit was a little big. I am under a time crunch do I can not take advantage of the remake option. I will buy from eShakti again.

Great dress. Doesn't fit around my arms but that can easily be fixed on my end and a very common problem I have due to my large upper arms.
I'll order again and would recommend to friends.

First of all, it took well over a month to get my 3 standard sized items. I ordered 3 standard size shirts - no customization - and they were all very large on me so I wanted to simply return them for a smaller standard size. Their policy for standard size states a full refund as they will covering return shipping (that statement came from them in the order confirmation email). Well - that is totally not true and completely a scam! The return process makes you go thru 3 pages of questions, and load photos of you in the clothing to put you into a circle of customizing what you want to return which costs a customization fee, new shipping costs for the new items and return shipping for the items. I have tried 5 times now to contact eShakti for how to return the standard items for a smaller size and get return shipping label. I have gotten ZERO response!

Beautiful fabric. Cummerbund waistband was 2 1/2" wider on one side than the other. I am short, and the dress looked very stiff and boxy on me

Fast and simple check out. Detailed measurements. The only thing I found strange was as soon as I ordered, about five minutes later the price of the dress dropped. Not sure if it's a bug in their system. I did try to contact them about it, but still haven't hear back yet.

I mistakenly had an old address as my current shipping address and when I called eShakti customer service, the lovely person on the phone had my order rerouted and five days later my package was delivered. AND, I love both of the dresses I ordered.

I love the products I ordered! They fit really well (I gave them my custom measurements) and the styles are flattering. The quality of the clothes and the sewing is very good and I am sure they will last a long time.

This is not the first time I've bought various goods here. The site is easy to use, the prices are normal, the employees are competent, quickly and accurately process the order, and the delivery is very fast.
