I am so thrilled with all of the items I ordered from eShakti! All the pieces are so well made and beautiful! Being able to customize the clothes to best fit me is a unique and fun way to shop for new pieces to add to my wardrobe!

Ordering was simple and the adjustments were perfect

Pros: The clothes are generally well-made, and when you find the styles and sizes that work for you, they are truly custom to your height. For reference, I'm 6'1" and nothing is ever long enough from other retailers. I now have items that truly reach to my ankles and wrists, and the proportions are correct.

Cons: Customer service never responded to any of my emailed inquiries. One of my remakes was delayed six weeks, requiring me to call customer service to hunt it down. Another remake never came. Of the three overstock items that I purchased, I received the wrong size on two of them (one clearly labeled as one size smaller, and another unlabeled for size but measures about 2" smaller through the bust).

Overall experience from browsing the apps, selection of items is a breeze.

The dress is adorable! The fit is a bit looser than I expected but the tie keeps the waist looking trim.

Everything went smoothly. All measurements demanded were respected and dress fits like a glove. Shipped quicker than I thought.

I placed my order on May 17th and on the same day I received a confirmation email saying that "Your order will reach you on or before 06-03-2022". However up until that day I had not received any shipment confirmation or tracking number. The week before June 3rd I sent eshakti several emails requesting info about the status of my order to which I got every time the automatic reply that they receive a lot of emails (I don't doubt they do) and replying would take a while. On the date I was supposed to be delivered the order I got an email with a tracking number and after that it reached me surprisingly fast (Europe). I guess the delivery date was supposed to be the shipping date?

This jumpsuit is well made except the cross cross waist bands were too loose and I had to pay to get them altered. But otherwise a great fit and great product

The website is easy to use and the clothes are beautiful.

First I want to say that the dresses that I received are of excellent quality and they arrived promptly. However, I made an error with my shipping address and it was difficult to reach customer service. I called and left a message and also sent an email. It seems that someone received my message as my package did arrive, yet I would have appreciated a response of some kind to know that the issue was fixed.

My sister & I are going to the same wedding and both needed dresses. She stole me she ordered from eShakti, even though we never heard of it and it was overseas. I waited until she got her dress - which she loves! - and then I ordered one. I customized EVERYTHING - neckline, sleeves, length AND fabric. So super easy to do and the results were perfect!

This will be my go to online shop because I don't care to shop online. However, I fell in love with my dress. Going to order another one soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience of buying my first dress online

Absolutely love the fit and style of the dress. Arrived a day later than stated through email communication, but fortunately in time for my event later that day.

I love wide range of styles offered by eshakit, but I spend far too much time scrolling through options when I have something more specific in mind. I wish there were more filters for searching the website, especially the overstock portion.

It feels so good to be able to buy clothing you know will fit your body, and fit it well. Make sure to use your own measurements and you can save a visit to the tailor. Also, they come with two substantial AND sneaky pockets regardless of the material. POCKETS!

I was impressed with the fit of the dress, the packaging, the material and finish of the dress. The customer service was excellent. How they responded in a timely manner.

I love this site. I love that I can customize the dress with the sleeves, neckline and length I want. This is the second dress I have ordered from them and It's lovely. And such a great price! I am a happy customer.

I was shocked with how fast this dress came. I waited a little too long to order but I was still able to receive my dress one the day of the wedding so I could wear it that evening.
