Outstanding material- beautifully designed -fits well

Relatively easy to place order. Great value for the price. This is my second order with you, but it's been several years. I was very happy with the first dress I purchased. Thank you.

Ordered 3 dresses. In the special orders placed the date I absolutely needed them by. Said I could even just do one of the three dresses if getting all three delivered by the date would be an issue. They said there would be no issue. They said it'd arrive 3 days before the event date and that they would send me a tracking number via email when they shipped. Day before the agreed upon date, still no email, no update on the UI on the website. I emailed them. Heard nothing for a few days. It shipped out later that day and failed to arrive in time. I didn't get a tracking order until after I asked and by then, it was too late. Had they let me know just a few days earlier that they wouldn't have made it on time, I wouldn't have been left scrambling last minute for a dress (or at least given a couple more days to find one).

I sent them a follow up email regarding the issue. All I received as an apology was a $25 discount towards my NEXT purchase, after I spent almost $300 on this order.

I have returned the item and am awaiting my refund.

The experience overall was great. It is apparent that they care about the customer and product. The made to order model is brilliant.

I absolutely adore eShakti! I have the most difficult time finding clothing to fit me correctly online or in stores and the fact that you can customize these unique pieces that have a style of their own is a total bonus! Their customer service is also top notch! I have had a return a few pieces that either didn't fit correctly or just weren't flattering, but most fit beautifully the first time and are gorgeous.

Love that I can change the neckline and sleeves on my cloths. Love the customer service and the communication that eShakti offers as well.

I've looked at eShakti for years now but only recently finally gave them a try! I ordered two dresses, one with custom fabric and length and one with custom length. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit of both pieces. At 5' tall, being able to order a dress that doesn't require the hassle of alterations is amazing! And to get a custom piece at a price comparable to off the rack! I will never buy a dress without pockets again! I will definitely be ordering from eShakti in the future!

Love the look and comfort of this jumpsuit but the magnetic closures are a bit useless and the capped sleeves dig into my arms and can actually be painful after a few hours.

Very unhappy with the size and color of the dress.

I have been very happy with every item I have ordered from eShakti-- from dresses for special occasions, to workday skirts. I am smaller size on top than on bottom, so I use their custom measurements, and everything fits nicely. I have never had any issues with late deliveries.

Very nice to be able to choose neckline and length - especially length since finding larger sizes for short women can be difficult. Very happy with the dress, the service, and the quick shipping!

I enjoy the experience of customizing my dress! However, the overall fit is too small - can't even get it past my shoulders. So, will be working with customer service to see what I can do.
