I ordered 2 dresses and they are both exactly like I expected. They were the same size but one was a stretchy jersey material (which fit perfectly) and the other wasn't stretchy ( which was too small). I attribute this to the type of material.

Overall, very good! Love the new customization with more fabric choices. I'd like to see more solid colors with no print to elevate the overall look.

Company has a great selection if fun dresses for all occasions, styles, and sizes. I am sn athletic but curvy size and they had my size in the standard section. It arrived in two weeks.

Ordering a custom made dress was an easy, straightforward process.

Easy ordering. Excellent style choices. Love the customization. One dress is excellent. The other came with the wrong neckline.

Not good. Despite the provided measurements the bust was too tight and the hips were too loose. Overall it was not a flattering style and needed a lot of changes. Therefore I have decided to return he item and I doubt that I'll order anything anytime soon

The fabric is amazing and I've gotten tons of compliments! It fits perfectly as well. I want to get this jumpsuit in all the colors! I LOVE the length too!

I tried to change my address since I moved since my last purchase. When I noticed the address was wrong I tried to contact someone anyone i tried to email and got automatic response that they would get right back to me never did I called the customer service line I was put on hold for 30 minutes then was told to leave message and phone number to reach me. Never got a email or phone call of course it was delivered to the wrong address very disappointed very poor service

I returned the dress and the return process was easy.

My order history states that my dresses would arrive BEFORE 8/9. Today is 8/16 and still no dresses. I have had conversations with 2 customer service people, who were sympathetic but seemed powerless to really help. One told me the order could be split up so I would at least get one dress. I asked if shipping could be expedited and I was told they don't do that. I have also emailed customer service and in their reply they told me my dresses would ship on 8/15 but I did not receive an email that my order shipped yesterday. As of this moment it does appear on the website that one of the dresses has shipped but because it's coming from India I'm not hopeful it will arrive in time for my event this weekend. Not to mention I haven't tried it on! If the dresses take this long it should clearly state that on your website and if it does I couldn't find that information. So far this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I was referred to eShakti by my sister who received her dresses in a reasonable amount of time and was pleased.

My shopping experience has always been good with eShakti.

I provided my measurements and the garments all fit well and were well made! Having pockets as a default is such a great bonus, too. The only downsides with my items was that the v-neck of one dress was way too low, so I'll need to add some snaps or a slip or cami underneath, and the other dress's sleeves didn't have enough room for me to lift my arms over my head. I'd chalk the sleeve issue up to more of a constraint with the design and the fabric type, because everything fit well with the measures I provided.

Start to finish my experience with my purchase was great. I didn't customize my order so delivery was very quick. The product was as expected and seems very well made. Only 'complaint' was the smell on the garment which luckily washed out.

Ordering was easy to use and I love that you can change parts of the dress (I didn't change anything on mine though). I ordered it in advance in case shipping took awhile but their shipping to the U.S. was super fast! It didn't even have a dent in it! Loved the note and care they put into the dress!

I added long sleeves and chose a jewel neckline. I chose standard sizing and didn't measure. I'm 5"1' and 119 lbs - a size 6 was perfect.

The dress creation was delayed, and eShakti didn't notify me. Customer service told me about the delay only after my inquiry. The dress arrived 11 days delayed.
