I'm impressed by the quality and price of my dress.
I bought 2 jumpers and used the same measurements for both. I knew that they'd be a bit different just based on the different style, but, one jumper fits perfectly and the other unfortunately looks like I've put a large trash bag on rather than clothing.
I love the dress. It is perfect for my event. I was almost worried it wouldn't arrive in time. Ordering July 4 and receiving it July 28th, 2 days before my event! Luckily it didn't need any altering. I do really love the dress. Thanks!

I've been ordering regularly from eshakti for a few years. I almost always love what I get, and find it to fit perfectly. On the VERY rare occasion that something wasn't perfect, they made it right. So they do a great job, and take good care of customers, too.
The way the clothes are made are reminiscent of the 1940's. Fine details. Snaps for bra straps, zippers on the side as well as down the back, and beautiful lining. Very pleased with every item I chose.
Purchased four items over one month ago. Two arrived in time and look great! The other two were delayed. At this point I'm moving cross country and needed them to ship to a new address. Called and emailed a week before it was shipped to give them the new address and they said everything was good to go. It was not. They shipped to the old address and now the items are sitting at a Fed Ex in another state and I have no idea what to do. I suppose I'll have to pay to ship them (again) if Fed Ex allows for that. Eshakti customer service is friendly but is rarely helpful. You hear a lot of "there's nothing we can do about it, sorry for the inconvenience". Considering the items totaled well over $300 and I've been a customer since their beginning, it's disappointing.
Ordered a dress, it never came. Called customer service for a refund, they never gave a refund. I had to dispute the transaction with my card for a refund. Very disappointed
For the most part it went well. It took a minute to figure out how to indicate I wanted to return an item.
Loved the style of my outfits. I ordered 4 and they were exact as in the website. The packing was impeccable. The only thing I was not comfortable was that the date of delivery was 10 days after the given date. I wish there was some kind of communication from the team regarding this. This was my first ordering through eShakti and hence the anxiety. Otherwise overall very satisfied with my outfits. Will definitely order again.

Not only is the dress exactly what I was looking for I was able to customize it for my needs. Ordering the dress from my exact height meant I did not have to worry about any alterations or hemming. The material is rich and the color is amazing!
I feel like my closet is getting a major upgrade since I started ordering from eShakti (without any pinch to my wallet.) I love finding pieces that are unique and altering so that they will most flatter me. And even with all the custom work and impeccable craftsmanship, I'm not spending any more than when I was ordering from mass market stores or catalogs. I stopped my subscription clothes service too- they can't touch the quality of these clothes. Oh- and having tabs to snap bra straps in place in everything is AMAZING!
I do have to plan ahead a bit more since it takes a few weeks to come in, but it's totally worth it.
