It was easy to customize the garments to my exact measurements; for one of them, I was even able to swap out the fabric for a different pattern, which was fantastic! Sometimes I like styles but not the color/pattern so this option opens up so many more possibilities. I've ordered from eShakti before and have recommended the site to friends of mine. This time around, there were delays in shipping; I was originally supposed to receive my items by July 26, but now it's looking like August 5 (though I did just get an alert of another operational delay). It's a minor inconvenience, really, because what's a month when you're getting custom clothing?
My first time ordering and I'm very pleased with the design and quality of the dress. I would have never considered ordering a formal dress online but I'm glad I did.

I have been shopping for a dress to wear to a summer wedding for months, and I finally found a dress that was exactly what I wanted. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the product, the ordering experience was easy, and because my dress was made specifically for me, it fit like a glove right out of the box - no need for hemming or alterations. I will definitely buy from eShakti again.
I love the idea of this site, but even though I ordered a customized product with all the measurements entered, the fit was not right. At least two inches off it makes me question if the measurements were actually used. Return is not really an option since I ordered from Europe.
The tops are all too big & the material is not good a very wrinkled material & had to wait too long for them
My order did ship a couple days late-not an issue at all-but I love that we are always kept informed as to what's going on. The dress I ordered is flattering and fits wonderfully! It's a beautiful color and will work perfectly for our upcoming cruise

This is the 1st time of ordering online that the item actually fit. Course I had to wash and dry for it to shrink alittle. But, I prefer that than fitting when I received it and shrinking where it's to small. The dress is exactly as it was shown int the picture. I love it. Will definitely use this company again.
