Then I received an email about a week before I expected it saying it would NOT arrive by the date I needed it. When I called, the CSR was nice, but no other solutions or offers were extended. I was told the dress was being embroidered in India and there was no way to expedite the shipping.

I've had several positive experiences with EShatki dresses in two separate previous orders, but never needed to contact customer service. This last order was created for an event. I was pushing things a bit late, but the last day that the dress delivery was promised was two days before I needed to leave for my event. I had no special orders or changes to the dresses, so I assumed it would all be OK. During the original delivery window timeframe, I received an email that stated that they "Thanked me for my understanding" but that the dresses would be delayed. This pushed delivery for the products to the period of time when I would be traveling for the event or even arriving after the event. That is understandable, but unfortunately, this meant I needed to cancel my order, especially as it looked as if the dresses were not yet produced. I tried to contact customer service via form on their website, and received a return email stating that it would be several days before they could get back to me. I attempted to phone them, but the phone line provided is null, with no service. At the final possible moment, as I was attempting to work though my bank to resolve the issue, I did get a return email from them stating that they would refund the order. I don't know if I will order from them again, without knowing that their phone line issues were resolved. I would certainly not order for an event without giving extra time.
I ordered with plenty of time for the dress to arrive before I flew to Denver for my brother's wedding. I received a notice of delay, and sent a reply asking if there was any way to expedite. I never received a response. I've been back from the wedding for 3 days now, and just yesterday received a shipping notice. Damn dress missed the wedding.
First time using this company. Had a good experience. The webpage was good, and the clothes I brought was ver my nice and in good quality. As an international shopper I was pleased that delivery period was very short.
Customer service has been good, but I was expecting the dress to fit to size. It runs small and looks way too tight on my body. I thought the material was a breathable cotton with embroidery but it's some type of rayon/poly blend with a silk screen pattern. I should have read it more carefully. I'll never wear it.

I searched and searched for a summer birthday party dress, something colorful and girly. I found it here and the ability to customize it to my taste was amazing. I received the dress and am very impressed that it fits me perfectly, is very well made, and I can't wait to wear it. I do recommend this company as you get exactly what you want and it's very well made.
