I love Eshakti. I've been a customer for years and their dresses are always excellent quality. However on this occasion the box arrived extremely damaged and wet. To the point that I had WASH and dry all the dresses before I could even try them on. Thankfully they cleaned fine and all fit beautifully (as expected) but the shipping condition was extremely disappointing.
My order was split into two shipments. I didn't receive a notice as to why the other items were delayed or a reason as to why Eshakti was missing the shipping timelines.
I didn't worry much about it. I did become concerned when ones shipment 1 was received that my account reflected that all items were shipped and delivered on the same date. That wasn't accurate.
I called customer service who informed me that they could see the accurate information and that I would receive shipping notification when it happens. No explanation about the delay.
I've be a customer for several years now. I wasn't too worried but I didn't like that my account didn't reflect what was shared with me.
I followed up via email 24 hours later.
I received a response that my items were shipping but no shipping notification and my account still isn't updated to reflect tracking or that there were two shipments. Again, still not shipping notification from my account was generated. It all seems a bit odd.
No comments or updates about why the deadline was missed either.
Due to the pandemic and my having a stricter budget, I haven't shipped much over the past two years. Eshakti has always been my go to. It wasn't hard to make a decision about where to shop when wanting to treat myself.
I now am a little concerned that things are adversely impacting delivery and customer service.
I hope it isn't true. I love this company!.

The clothes are great quality. I had custom pieces made and they are a perfect fit. I am 4'11 and curvy. It is difficult to find clothing to fit me. I have always had a great experience with this company.
Worked exactly as advertised, even accommodated a change in the first 24 hrs. Came 10 days early and fit perfectly. Biggest hurdle is having confidence in your own choices. Perfect for a special occasion dress.

Dresses were delayed but service was prompt in terms of checking on measurements. However, dresses still are oversized and doesn't fit my frame. Delivery service kept emailing on collection dates when parcel had not arrived at collection point.

However... the thing to improve is to show the ordered item of which you've changed the fabric in the actual ordered fabric.
So you get the dress shown on your order confirmation how you will actually receive it.
Now you just see a fabric reference in a sort of code and especially when you order different items and change them into different fabric options you lose track of actual ordered colours and fabric (patterns).
But that's the only thing I can think of!
I have so far ordered several dresses. This time around I perused their customization feature and picked fabrics and style. Loved that these dresses turned out to be so unique. The pockets are a plus. The stitching is very high quality and fabrics are awesome. I am a life long customer. Highly recommend
I didn't realize the fabric was going to be extremely wrinkly. Even after ironing, it looked bad and when I would sit down and get up it was supper wrinkled in the back.
This is the second dress I have purchased. I've always paid the extra for my exact size and style and they always deliver spot on perfect. I knew it would take a wee bit to get so I factored in possible delays in shipping. There was a delay but only by 2 days so not bad!
Wow. I've never kept everything that I've ordered online. I always end up returning things if I can't try them on. Not this time. Everything fits beautifully. The fabrics are high quality, Absolutely beautiful clothes. Will be ordering much more!
